Received expired cream .
The media could not be loaded. I ordered 3 packs of creams but they were expired and I could see water in the cream. I tried to return it but it says not eligible to return. So disappointing!!

Has settled in the tub
The media could not be loaded. Brylcream has settled and split upon opening the tub it’s got liquid floating on top. I thought about returning but decided to see if it would mix . Used an old spoon and stirred it for 10 minutes before it started to blend back to original form .
