As another reviewer stated, but was an impulse buy that I didn't have a lot of high hopes in however, this works great... I like the small hand held size. This will be perfect for us as we will buy chips and always trying to deal with unopened bags with various clips. As soon as we received it, we tried it and without allowing a lot of time to heat up, it worked well.I like the face that it has a magnet allowing you to hang on the fridge or maybe even pantry shelf.I would recommend this if you have opened bags that need to be sealed (mainly chips) due to portable size, ease of use and not overly expensive.

It seals fine, but I can't get it to seal from one side of the bag to the other without someone holding it firmly in place. I'm not able to use it without help, so it's pretty much can't use it.

So bought this mainly for sealing those potatoeChips bag or what every bags holds candy or chips, so the stuff would not be wasted after my kids eats a few ten opening another bag, ( not realizing it cost me money!!!!! ), anyway, this sealing thing is small and handy BUT does NOT seal!!!! Only cuts, but does not cut perfect either, Had to return and bought another brand from a store. Would I buy this again; NO. One mistake is enough.

Bought this on a whim, and I'm really pleased with it! This will not replace your food sealer, but it's great for opening bags. Revealing works, too, it just takes a little practice. I LOVE that it's magnetic!!

When I opened the package I didn’t think it would work very well, but I was certainly surprised, because it worked great! It did exactly what it was suppose to do. It was easy to use, and sealed my bags without any problems. Even though you can use it as soon as you turn it on, I let it warm up for a couple of minutes to ensure the heat is to it’s maximum. This was a good purchase for me!!

I use this more than I thought I would. Easy, fast and a gadget that actually works!

It was hard to tell when this was up to heat. Any in using it, you had to pull it along at just the right speed. Too quick, and it didn't seal. Too slow, and it melted the item to be sealed. Had to return it.
