Quality construction, rugged heating element. No provision for no smoke, but it doesn’t make much. Wonderful winter grilled steaks and pork chops. Cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Hard to clean the ribbed plate by hand. The cover keeps all of the splatter down and not all over everything. The cover comes off so easy and works so well.

This is a great grill. However, some have said it’s smokeless, it is not. I wish people would give honest reviews, the point of reviews is so that people can decide what will be best. This heats up quickly and sears just like a gas grill. I grilled burgers and they were perfectly cooked. The cleanup was very easy.

Perfect size for apartment living. I like to use it on the balcony for grilling. Easy to use, transport, & clean. Great quality!

Ill start off by saying this product definitely isn't for everyone. There are better grills you can get if you can cook outside, and their are cheaper griddle options you can get from stove top pans to electric griddles you should consider. However, I wanted this product from other competitors as it fits my case for where i find it to be really useful. I have an electric stovetop, which traditionally when I cook on doesn't distribute heat evenly, so getting a stovetop griddle was out of the conversation for me, as well as a stovetop grill. Stovetop grills are also really difficult to clean - there is a reason people tend to give these away to others after using it for a bit. I also live in a rental, and although I probably can cook on my porch, there are a looooot of bugs outside. To the point where I'm having issues keeping my screen window open to get in airflow into my house as I get nats coming in everyday dying to my bug zappers. I also generally don't know the HSA rules for my property since I'm just renting the spot, so I try to avoid doing things that may be an issue on that front. The other products that I was looking at (which I think was the hamilton beach) was cheaper, but didn't reach the temperature this one provided. This unit is also much easier to clean in comparison, as you can take off all components from the pans to the smoke cover to wash them. Firstly, this is not a smokeless product. This will reduce smoke that your food may produce, but don't purchase this and believe that your food won't create steam. Physically that is not possible, as the water leaving your food has to travel somewhere in some form, but the top of the vent gives you a way to dissipate the smoke to those vents to reduce what comes out overall. I've cooked on both the griddle and the grill, and haven't had issues with either. You will need to wait 7 minutes before operating on the product, but once thats gone, the temperature is consistent across the entire pan. The compact size allows me to cook what I want to cook and put it away in a pantry, as this isn't a product that I want out all the time. The product does seem to make some noise while operating, not really sure what this is from, but I'm assuming the pieces get rigid when their cooled off, and expand while in use which causes the unit to make noise from the expansion. Overall, I don't think this is for everyone but I think this is a solid grill for my use case and for my particular lifestyle, as I needed a product that is easy to clean, easy to store, cooks food evenly across the whole board, reduces smoke as much as possible (as I live in an apartment that has bad airflow without an AC. The window next to the window doesn't even have a screen on it), and I could mimic when I want a reduced down version of what gets cooked on traditional grills that do reach the temperatures this unit provides. I live single, so in terms of a family I don't think this would be a good unit as the plates in general are really compact, so you may need to spend more time to serve in those cases.

Great indoor grill overall! Heats up fast and cooks food evenly. The 14” size is perfect and it’s easy to clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I wish the cord was a little longer / or it had slightly more temperature control, but still a really good buy and I use it often.

So VERY glad I got this. Excellent design and well thought out! It exceeds my expectations and I love it. Heats up fast! Cooks fast! Heats up evenly! Lightweight! Great working surfaces - with both a griddle & grill! Cleans up easily and goes into dishwasher - even the lift off lid! The temp knob right next to visual clues for cooking various things! I really appreciate the lid covering it. It keeps it clean and while cooking it can raise the temp for melting cheese but let steam out. So well designed it's a joy to use. And Only 1 thing to clean instead of several frying pans! My only regret is I didn't get it sooner. (I am so glad I didn't get the big cast-iron ones from China that take 20 minutes to heat up & are nightmare to clean.) This is on my "Best Gift" list.

My first impressions are high. I am grilling meat and im able to get a really good sear at the 500° setting. The heat up time is extremely quick. The mesh top does a great job and reducing fat splatters without trapping in steam. Typically I sear everything in a cast iron; however, ill be switching to this Sizzle grill. The claims of this grill to be "smokeless" is a little bit of a stretch, but it produced far less smoke than my cast iron while achieving similar results. The fat splatter is significantly less than my cast iron pan. Sunny side up eggs came out perfect. The cons. The handle is a bit small. It would be nice if there was a digital temperature display so you know when and or how hot the grill is or gets. The electrical cord gets very warm at the 500° setting

Product good but didn’t supply a plug so had to order an adaptor which I thought wasn’t great. Arrived on time and no other problems

I love ninja so had high hopes for this grill. However, it’s a US import so you’ll need a US to UK plug adapter. However, during the first use the element blew. Was able to return for a refund but I am out of pocket from the plug adapter and sorting suitable packaging to return the postage. Don’t bother if you live in the UK.
