I’m 5’3 155lb I’ve had 2 kids I don’t have much of a stomach but will like the fat off and a little curve to my athletic body. I used this product for only 3 days at home and my side fat under my bra is gone!! I do sweat but don’t know cause it really keeps the outside layer dry. I love this produc it was well worth the try

It's a tiny bit too small but it gets the job done. I sweat when I use it for running and exercises.

I've owned a few different waist trainers/body shapers and this one is good. It would definitely fit better for my curvy body-type with a zipper since I have large hips and bustline, but the material is sturdy and is a great tool in creating a core workout sweat at the gym.

Go up a size
I just got it. Took 5 minutes to get it on its so tight. I ordered a small considering I wear a 4-6. I am sweating but I’m not sure if I’ll get it back off. It doesn’t cover the lower part of my stomach very well.

Way too small
I liked the neoprene fabric that this was made of, but that’s about all I liked about this. When I took it out of the bag, it definitely had a very strong smell. I figured I could get over that with washing it or spraying it with some body splash. However, this thing is so so tiny, there is no way I could even think about trying to put it on my body. I usually wear a small and got a small, but I don’t think even a medium would have fit me. I mean this thing is tiny! I am returning it.

I love it. It makes you sweat so much even when not working out. I got it smaller than recommended it fits me tight it's hard to go on but I knew it was going to be like that. Which is what I wanted.
