Too Flat, unresponsive seller
I will change this review once I hear back from the seller, in the hopes that I receive enough latex fill to make this pillow worth the price. The materials are pretty good, soft organic cover, very finely shredded latex filling easily manipulated. But there is not enough filling in any way for this pillow to qualify as a body pillow. When held at one end, all the filling falls to the bottom, amounting to perhaps enough to fill one king size pillow, definitely NOT a body pillow. The filling itself is comfortable (once you break it up and fluff it out for about an hour after it arrives compressed in a tiny package) but it is not enough to support both my upper body and lower legs as is the point of a full size body pillow (when side sleeping). If the seller comes through with more free filling, as their card and online site say they will, I'll write another review amending this one. I believe once there's more filling, this pillow will be a good support. But it is absolutely not worth the price at the amount of filling that the company put in to start, unless you like having areas that are completely empty and flat.Amended:It took twenty days to hear back from the seller, at which point I'd already returned the pillow. If I waited to hear back, waited to receive the fill, and then tried the extra fill, I would have been outside the return window. I'm sure this is no mistake. I do not recommend this product, or the seller. Meanwhile, while waiting to hear back from the seller, I returned the pillow, ordered another from a different company, received that pillow (with excellent communication via the company COOP) and have been using that pillow for a week.

These guys? Are the real deal! Pillows are comfy too! :)
BUY THESE PILLOWS!!! First of all, I would not be doing my civic duty if I do not share my experience with you. I ordered SIX (6), yes SIX (6)!!! Of these pillows. Yes, I'm obsessive compulsive! Yes, I'm disabled. Yes, I am bedridden. Yes, I suffer from chronic pain. And a final yes, in my defense, I recently bought a new bed and all of the trimmings. In my "research" down into the rabbit hole of "latex", I found these guys @ PureTree Organic. I needed pressure relief, comfort, cushioning support, plush... all alll that! Well, when the pillows first arrived? They were not all of those things. I reached out to the folks @ PureTree Organics? They were quick to respond and even quicker to send extra fill and assured me that they were behind me and their product 100%. I don't know about you guys, but for me? This is a rare trait these days for a company to totally and 100% stand behind what they sell. Kudos to PureTree Organics for a job well done!

I wanted to like it
I really wanted to like these pillows but the smell is so strong that I haven’t been able to sleep on them. I aired them out for about 10 days before even trying to use them. Then I put on a pillowcase and brought them in to my room. The smell was intolerable, I couldn’t even sleep next to the pillow let alone with my head on it. So they had to be removed from my bedroom.I decided to do some more research as this was my first purchase of natural latex pillows. Everything I read says latex off gasing is usually a result of the foam or other products used with the latex (example: a latex mattress with a foam topper - the posts said the smell was likely from the foam). So then I came back to amazon and saw this is advertised as a GOLS certified organic latex fill with organic cover. Then I go to the company website but they don’t have any GOLS certified Organic pillows. They are selling a “Natural” latex pillow with organic cover. It is the same price as what I paid on amazon but one says is organic and GOLS certified. So now I’m doubting the information on the amazon page. I checked the label on the pillow and it does say organic latex fill but it does not say 100% organic latex fill (see photo). If the smell disapaites and I get more information about the fill before my return window is closed, I would be willing to keep them and change my review. Right now, I cannot recommendation these pillows.

What a mess!
I was so excited to get this pillow based on the positive reviews. However it's been a bit of a nightmare (pun intended!). If you like a high loft firm pillow, you might enjoy it. However, it was too high and firm for me so I thought I would take some of the latex out, as that is one of the benefits of the shredded latex. I can't believe what a mess this proved to be...the fill is more like latex 'crumbs', small pieces that no matter how hard I tried to be neat spilled out everywhere. It got all over me, my floor and all over my clothes in my laundry basket where I put the pillow case to wash. It's seriously everywhere and hard to get off because it sticks to everything. I'm seriously covered in latex! I have also had latex bits in my bed for days. Ugh. I tried really hard to make this an easy process. I put another pillow case over the open end to 'catch' the latex I wanted to remove, but it was a mess to no avail. I finally had to take a huge garbage bag for one last shot, but again a huge mess. I was able to get the pillow cover off but gave up on the rest of it. Not to mention it has had a very strong latex smell even after over several weeks of having it. This was my first shredded latex pillow, so not sure if they are all the same or if there is a better way to do this, although I can't imagine what that would be. Very disappointing experience. I'm giving it three stars because it is a high quality product but it's not for me. So back to my IKEA pillow for now until I find a better option.

Decent
This pillow reeks of sulfur and rotten eggs when you first get it. Wash it in a cold, gentle cycle with a wee amount of detergent (not too much) then air dry outside in the sunlight for at least 24 hours to offset the VOC's before using. Not sure if covers and innards are treated with chemicals or not so another good reason to wash the pillow in its entirety before first use.Pillow does keep your head cooler at night and offers terrific support. I recommend it for women in menopause who get very hot at night. This helps, seems to have more airflow.
