Wonderful toner pad
This is one of my favorites. I have dry, sensitive skin and this one hydrates very well and does not irritate my skin. I like to use it like a face mask/sheet in the mornings. Place one on each cheek and forehead. You can also easily tear it in half and place it on your chin, nose, and sides (temples).

Soothing after initial irritation
If you have super reactive and allergy prone skin you know there’s only a few ingredients that you never react to - the rest are on a spectrum of how much they irritate and how long does the irritation last. This one feels okay - not as soothing as I expected it to be, but the irritation did not last too long. I applied it before bed and kept it on for 10 mins. It did make the area on my skin redder than it was before I applied it, but when I woke up the next morning my skin was still soft and moisturized in the area and the redness was gone.Pet peeve is that it arrived with the pads all mixed up in the container - instead of in a neat stack which is I guess expected when shipped. Also the pads are super thin and not really easy to separate with the included tweezers, but it’s still a more sanitary way to get them out. They also are perforated down the middle if you only need small strips.I don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

Use like a mask. Slight counter clockwise twist and pull up to remove top to get rid of plastic.
Had trouble figuring out how to remove the plastic/paper covering the pads. Saw other reviews that people had trouble so thought I try to describe it here. Won't work to pull straight up and won't twist open like a jar. Twist the top, counter clockwise, then pull up. Remove the plastic/paper covering. Reverse steps to put back. After you remove the protective covering, you can just use the flip top. Convenient has has plastic tweezers to grab the pads. Need steady hands to just grab one piece. Each pad or sheet is square with perforation in middle so you can tell into 2 pieces. Instructions said to leave on for 10 to 20 minutes. Seems more like a sheet mask but since it is just square (or rectangle if you tear apart), you can't just cover your entire face or have to use a lot more sheets. After use, your face stays sticky for a while. Eventually face feels normal and less sticky but if you are used to using serum and moisturizer after a quick wipe with your toner, it adds to the time. Kind of like but will use regular toner more often than this.

Combination of toner pad and sheet mask
If you like both toner pads and sheet masks, this is like a blend of both. The jar is very aesthetically pleasing and a calming shade of green, but it confused me at first, as there is a white colored freshness seal under the flip-top lid (as shown in one of my photos, underneath the plastic tweezers) and I couldn’t tell how to remove it. I tried to pry open the whole cap to get to it but the cap wouldn’t budge, and I was afraid of breaking it by pulling too hard. I considered cutting into it with a knife or punching through it. I even looked for instructions on how to remove it but couldn’t find any. Finally, I message the seller, who told me to twist the cap slightly to the right to get it off. As the cap is square and didn’t look like a twist cap, I guess I either didn’t consider it seriously before or simply didn’t try hard enough. At any rate, with a bit of effort, I finally managed to get the cap off and peel off the white sheet! The tweezers do an okay job at picking up the toner pads. They are a nice touch but the toner pads stick together a lot, so the tweezers sometimes pick up many more pads than you need. It can be more efficient to just wash your hands thoroughly and peel off the top pad with the help of a fingernail. The first time I used the tweezers, the top two pads stuck together so firmly that I didn’t even realize they were two pads - and simply thought these toner pads were unusually thick! I applied them to my face that way, only to have to peel them off my face and separate them later when I picked up a single pad next, saw how much thinner it was, and realized my mistake. The pads feel very soothing on the face and just like a sheet mask. After leaving them on for about 15 to 20 minutes, I removed them and used the pads to wipe the excess serum over the areas of my face and neck that could not be covered. It did make me wonder: why this method (small pieces that don’t cover some patches of skin around the face) rather than a sheet mask, though? There doesn’t seem to be an explanation easily found on the product page or box. Also, why is this so different from a sheet mask?I have highly sensitive combination skin and found these toner pads gentle, very hydrating, and calming for my skin. I’m not sure I’ve seen a huge difference in my pores yet but I’ve only just started using it. My skin looked glowy and felt soft after use.Overall, I’ve enjoyed the toner pads and loved the results - but due to the time commitment, this is not a toner I can use every day.Rated 5 stars due to how much I like the product and results. However, I would have probably if given 4.5 stars if that was an option because of how confusing some aspects were.

Great for sensitive skin
These toner pads are a fantastic addition to my skincare routine. They’re gentle, soothing, and leave my skin feeling hydrated without any irritation. The pads are versatile—you can use them as a quick wipe or leave them on like a sheet mask. I like that they come with tongs for application, though they can be tricky to use. The only downside is that they can leave a slight sticky feeling afterward, but overall, the results are worth it.
