This has a great hold and great smell!

This worked well on my husband's hair. Provided a decent hold and did not leave his hair feeling sticky. I thought the scent was very subtle and reminded me of men's cologne. My husband did not like the scent at all and said it reminded him of perfume. He still prefers the product he has been using.

My husband uses hairspray rather than gel to keep a cowlick at bay. His old brand was discontinued so we ordered this to give it a try.He has several things that he is looking for in a good spray:1) non-aerosol spray (check)2) good hold (check - this keeps his hair in place without having to use a ton. Note: if you use a lot, it will make your hair feel “hard”)3) non-greasy appearance (check - this is a “matte” spray and doesn’t give the hair a slick look”4) unscented (well….. this one does have a scent to it, but it isn’t obnoxious and he is ok with it)As an added benefit, this spray is texturizing so it gives a little bit of volume. It lasts all day. It doesn’t leave a sticky feeling.Overall, if you are mindful about how much you spray on, this is a great product!

Opened this product up and sent it back immediately. The smell is unnatural.

Got this for my teenage son. He says it smells amazing but he does not like using it because it makes his hair crispy. Wish it would make his curly hair more manageable without making it stiff.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this definition spray. Usually when a product defined curls, it tends to have emollients that do so. I was afraid of my hair being weighed down. I have lost a LOT of hair due to Lupus, its become quite thin, and looks stringy. I try to enhance my natural curl and build my volume with texture sprays, volumizers etc. to overcome my sad hair trauma. Some work, some don't! This STMNT Texture Spray is a keeper, it not only adds texture to help me build volume, but it also defines my curls and gives them hold!  I am  thrilled that it does those key things I seek in a texture spray, on top of giving my hair a lustrous shine, but it also has one more amazing attribute, it smells fantastic! My hair smells naturally fragrant with an exotic, woodsy, Sandalwood scent. ( I love nature's perfumes)  Now I can't wait to try other items in this STMNT product line! My better half thought this was an interesting product. He used it to gain a little more lift and volume. He used it after washing and conditioning his hair. While it was towel dry, he sprayed this and then used his fingers to create lift.From my perspective, I really like how it gave him added lift. I wasn't so keen on the feeling (which was kind of hard). And, his hair did have that very rigid look.I think if you go very, very lightly and work it a little at a time, you are going to end up with more flexibility and a bit of a more natural look. My better half tried that a few times and it looked much better than the first. So, I think there is a small learning curve.An overall good product (with a little practice).

This STMNT Grooming Goods Definition Spray is one of the best sea salt spray's that I've tried. It contains sea salt, sugar, glycerin and castor oil and added fragrance. I like that it is alcohol free.When I tried it air drying my long, fine hair, this really brought out my waves. It does take longer to dry my hair, and it doesn't make my hair too stiff but I can feel the product. When I blow dry, my hair feels softer and has more volume and still has a nice amount of hold.I originally got this for my 9-year-old son, but he is going to have to share. The scent is a bit masculine, but it's not too strong for me. Recommend.

Easy to apply and simple to get your hair styled for the whole day! Great quality product!

It's a great product for adding texture and volume to my hair, and it has a long-lasting hold. I also like that it has a semi-matte finish, so it doesn't make my hair look greasy.The only downside is that the spray can be a bit sticky, and it can be difficult to evenly distribute through my hair. But overall, it's a great product and I would recommend it to others.

isher habe ich immer ein mattes Wachs verwendet, um meinen Haaren Halt zu geben. Da ich aber nie wirklich 100% zufrieden bin, bin ich froh auch mal neue Produkte testen zu können. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Definitionsspray, welches in das noch feuchte Haar gesprüht und anschließend in der gewünschten Position geföhnt wird.Der Geruch des Sprays ist dabei sehr "männlich", verflüchtigt sich aber nach kurzer Zeit im Haar. Die Konsistenz ist sehr flüssig und kann mit Hilfe der Pumpe direkt auf dem Haar verteilt werden. Ich habe immer 3 bis 4 Sprühstöße verwendet und es ließ sich gut in die Haare einmassieren. Spray, das noch an den Händen klebt, kann einfach unter Wasser abgespült werden.Nach dem Föhnen halten die Haare eigentlich ganz gut und werden im Laufe des Tages gefühlt immer fester, so dass man sie am Anfang noch gut in Form bringen kann. Das Finish würde ich eher als matt bezeichnen, als das angegebene halbmatte Finish, was mir persönlich noch besser gefällt.Alles in allem bin ich mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Allerdings schaue ich bei solchen Produkten auch immer auf den Preis und auch auf die Haltbarkeit des Produktes. Wenn das Produkt lange genug hält, werde ich es gerne wieder kaufen.

Tut was es soll, riecht gut und lässt sich gut einarbeiten. Auch sehr gut verträglich.

For the promises of 'ultimate definition and long-lasting texture,' it falls a bit short. While the scent was agreeable, the spray's hold wasn't as strong as expected. It gave some volume but failed to maintain it throughout the day. The semi-matte finish was consistent, but the grip left me desiring more. However, it didn't leave any sticky residue, which is a plus.
