Not had my question qnswered as regards natural sugars...but there going to be better than refined white. Ensure you eat as soon as can as hot preferred; add a bit of water if left to cool as it goes stodgier. It's quick good for you ok tasty maybe add a bit of yoghurt fruit compote

Porridge
Thought this would be ideal as I have porridge every morning and ideal as it was gluten free, I love cinnamon, but was disappointed because I found it bland even after I put more cinnamon in, so I gave them away to the food bank.

Unlike the golden syrup flavour this is really not pleasant
I bought these because the MOMA Golden Syrup pots are an absolute delight. Sadly, this flavour is nothing like them. They're easy to make and the porridge is nice and thick, but they contain massive slices of almonds and apple, neither of which 'blend' in or soften in the water, so it's like digging your way through a pot of oats sprinkled liberally with fingernail clippings. Think I'll stick to the syrup ones.
