I’ve always wanted this teapot and had been eyeing it for a while—so glad I finally ordered one! I love how durable it feels, and I really appreciate the sound of the whistle. It’s gentle, but still loud enough to hear from another room—just something to be aware of when using it.It came with detailed care instructions, which I made sure to read thoroughly since I noticed some reviews mentioning chipping or damage due to misuse. The teapot is on the smaller side and boils enough water for two people, which is exactly what I was looking for. It retains heat well and functions beautifully.I also love the thoughtful design—there are interior holes that mark the water level, and the color coordination is a great bonus. I have the matching silicone spatulas and spoon rest, and everything ties together so nicely.Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and so glad I finally treated myself!

Fun color , heavy so boils water well , good whistle that can be heard . Smaller size for 3 cups of tea😉

I love this teakettle! It is just the right size. It is a good weight. It looks great.The whistle is low but I am fine with that…less starling, more mellow.I highly recommend it.

To preface this review, I would like to state that, SELDOM do I EVER WRITE A REVIEW - even when I am totally dissatisfied, I am just not a "reviewer" type person. HOWEVER, that being said ---- this Le Creuset tea kettle absolutely deserves a review from a discerning and picky shopper when it come to SO-CALLED "high end" merchandise.TO put it bluntly, this POS KETTLE (pardon my French) is a total DISASTER to put it mildly. It's bulky, it doesn't "whistle" , I thought that is what I was buying? The water boiled and started to spew straight from the spout, LIKE WHAT??? It was weird, maybe this is just a dud??? Nevertheless, quality is lacking, evidently.Do yourself a favor a buy another kettle NOT made by LE CREUSET.P.S. I was also SUPER EXCITED to buy this! I have always dreamed of owning some of the famous LE CREUSET brand products...so to write this sorry review about its sorry product saddens me. But it did WARRANT this bad review.1 STAR and give could get it less stars, I would! (Had to use that cliché - LoL)!You're better off buying an off-brand at Walmart-probably better anyway. And the cost of this tea kettle - NOT WORTH IT! Now I have to go to the trouble of returning this dang tea kettle!!!!!!! YOU ARE BEEN WARNED!
