cold wax smells wonderful, slightly damp virgin woodlandsmells almost as good when lit, good scent throw

I've never felt like making a review before but I'm really disappointed with this product. I was really excited to have a nice woody scented candle but it seems so weak, I can barely smell it in a room, unlike some other brands. It's not at all what I'd describe as a woody smell, just a sort of artificial odour. When I get close enough I can smell unscented wax, rather than what it's supposed to smell of. I'm sorry to be so negative but I really am let down by this. Did I get sent a dud?
