The media could not be loaded. We put the cage together ourselves. It took a little under two hours to do. The instructions were pretty good, you just have to pay really close attention to the images to make sure you're drilling things in the right way. The wheels are a great plus and really sturdy(we can push it outside without any problems and the locks stay in place). Our bunny did not want to leave his new penthouse! At first we thought he wouldn't be able to get up the ramp ( it's a bit elevated from the bottom of the cage) but he scaled it with ease! The trays are easy to slide out as well for cleaning. This was really fun to put together and our bunny is very happy.

Our rabbits enjoy this house! It took a bit to assemble. but the instructions are easy to follow. It’s not too heavy to move. Very sturdy. The removable bottom makes for easier cleaning.

Product came in one piece and was very quick to put together myself. Took maybe an hour.The only thing that I would say is a con was how strongly it smelled of chemicals from paint and or glue. After I put it together I left it air out for 48 hr as well as wiped with vinegar and water to help with the odor before putting our bunny into it. It still had a smell, but wasn't nearly as strong.

We just received this and my two daughters were able to put together themselves with the right tools . Electric drill does wonders. Very cute and well made . Love the drawers with the water proof tray inside. My daughter is super happy with it and wanted to give her new bunny extra room to move around and litter train. Love the access doors and openings to help get into any space needed. Will have the bunny in a few weeks see how that goes . So far so good ! 5 stars for look and price! Love love love!!

Fairly durable, ours was for the inside of garage so didn’t have to deal with weather exposure outside of the rabbit eating parts of it it’s held up fairly nice.

Cage recieved was an inch shorter in length, and almost four inches shorter in width. It adds up to almost two square feet of missing space.Spend your money on something better

I did not like the smell! It was very strong. Unboxed it and left it outside on a covered porch to air out before using it for my indoor bunnies.Another important point to note was there were no pre drilled holes. This would make it difficult for those without a drill. Luckily i hve a drill and the appropriate bit to pre drill my own holes. Otherwise construction was simple to understand. Had there been predrilled holes, i could hve even put this together on my own.I hve an x-pen i use for my bunnies but grew tired of cardboard boxes so i purchased this.Even with measurements on the item listing, i still underestimated the size. It will work for my purpose but This is in NO WAY large enough to house bunnies without additional daily cage-free time. It also isnt large enough for larger breeds of bunnies to use probably at all.

My turtle is very happy ..to sit in the same spot 🤣🤣🤣 Great product!
