Silicone Gripper Elastic Band for Sewing, Beige, 1.05 Inches x 12 Yards

Used this for golf shorts. Micro fiber shirts would not stay tucked in as they would slip on the nylon fabric in shorts. I hand sewed this elastic band right on top of the existing elastic waistband. Works like a champ! Shirt stays tucked in and waistband is still very comfortable. Will definately purchase again!

This product does what it’s supposed to do. It provides the grip needed in my uniform waistband to keep my shirt tucked and pants up. My agency switched from uniform pants that had waistband stays to ones without. For me, that meant always having to re-tuck my shirt and pull up my pants. This product solved that problem. Unlike some other materials the sewing needle passed through this material easily. If they hold up through the wash cycles we should be good to go.

We have glued Gripper Band inside the waistline of several pairs of pants that tended to slip downward. This product has solved the slippage issue without the need for suspenders. It is an inexpensive solution to an annoying problem.

The product description does not mention that the stretchy cloth is made of 28% RUBBER. I wanted to warn people, in case they have the common latex allergy, as latex is made from rubber.I'm concerned that by touching this frequently inside your clothes you could develop an allergy to latex/rubber as well.

I lost weight and had trouble keeping up my jeans. Sewed a strip of this on the inside of waist band. Works great and did not have to replace jeans or any slacks. Washes great and is holding up well through many washings and dryings.

The description was accurate. Bought to use in leotard for bra lining. Soft and works well easy to sew on.

I used this elastic for several pairs of summer shorts to keep them from rolling up. It was easy to sew in place and it works great! No more rolling up. Highly recommend.

It is nicer than I expected, the elastic is strong and the silicone waves are sticky!
