I use these for my Ideal Protein diet. There are long hours in the day when I don't have anything that my diet allows me to eat at times when I am still hungry and I fill that need with Ice Chips. They taste great and don't impact my weight loss. If I consume too much in a day though, they do cause stomach gas and discomfort. But I've lost almost 50 pounds so I'm OK with the trade off. Once I am off the weight loss protocol, I can consume these in smaller quantities and avoid the discomfort. I recommend them.

These are very good.Great flavor.Nice quality tin.They don't leave that bitter aftertaste that most sugafree candy has.I'm a dental hygienist and have been recommending them to my patients with dry mouth and for patients with high decay rate.Children and adults.

I did not care for these. The candy consists of 1/8th inch thick shards, apparently made by shattering a large, thin sheet. There are many tiny pieces with some sharp edges. The pieces dissolve quite rapidly. I am looking for something I can hold in my mouth and suck on over at least a short period of time - Ice Chips do not do that.

These have been a go-to sweet for me since my years as a dental hygienist. I love the old fashioned tins because they are handy and reusable. They also would be difficult for my dogs to get into. Too bad they might get sick if they did have such a snack because of the xylitol! Sometimes if I have something sugar sweetened and cannot rinse or brush afterward, I'll enjoy an Ice Chip to help clear my mouth of the chance of dental decay.

Items are stale and taste old. What a waste of money

Cheaper to get it locally if you have it in store. The product is good, though. Taste is good and helps with coughing or dry mouth.
