Black Seed Oil - 90 Softgel Capsules (Non-GMO & Vegetarian) Premium Cold Pressed Nigella Sativa Producing Pure Black Cumin Seed Oil with Vitamin E - 500mg

I was suffering from really dry skin patches on my legs and no creams or lotions were helping. I’d read about the benefits of black seed oil on the skin and thought I’d try these capsules. Not only have the patches gone, but my skin feels so soft all over. This is the second batch that I’ve purchased, so have been taking them daily for about 10 weeks in total, but I started to notice a difference after the first 3 weeks. There has been other unexpected positives of taking these black seed oil capsules, such as a relief of the joint pain in my shoulder. I also have more energy and feel less sluggish. I can’t say that these tablets are a miracle cure especially as I’ve made other life changes, such as regular yoga, but these capsules have been a really good addition to my life, for my health and well-being.

UPDATE: I ordered these again as I was feeling sluggish, and unfortunately (though still "in date") these came and the oil was racid (stank!). I've been feeling nauseous in the mornings after taking them, and my uusband (who has worked in the oils supplement industry) checked them out and told me not to continue, the pills were bad and needed to be disposed of. Lost my subscription, I'll try something else.(Previous review)I started taking this on the advice of a friend after being diagnosed with heart failure (bnp=1200) in June 2020, by Sept 2020 myheart failure had been reversed to normal (bnp=157). As I did not take any medication, this plus Vit E was all I added to my eating, I can confidently recommend it, as does my doctor since she's seen my blood test results with her own eyes (she "allowed" me to do this naturally for 3 months but was convinced I would need medications in the end to help my condition). It has also helped my dry skin. I will never be without my black seed oil ever again!

I'm diabetic. Black seed oil has been touted as "nature's metformin". It does seem to have some effect on my blood glucose levels, so I'm sticking with it. The air bubble in the capsule does make it a little tricky to swallow, but this seems to be common to black seed oil capsule products. Definitely would buy it again, and it's a lot more portable than carrying a leaky bottle of oil around.

I've now been taking this Black Seed Oil for a few weeks as general boost for my immune system (following a bad cold/cough) and i feel that it has helped speed up my recovery and as its known for optimizing the respiratory system. And i'm aware of the many other health benefits of Black Seed Oil and am very happy to have discovered this excellent product which is suitable for vegans (unlike many other brands) and the capsules are easy to swallow.

These are my favourite Black Seed Oil supplements, the results have been much more noticeable and quicker than any others, and I have used Black Seed Oil for a while but none of the other supplements have been anywhere near as effective. For me, using Black Seed Oil has improved my nail growth, reduced my acne (and I find that the acne I get is much more subdued) aided in weight loss and reduced bloating significantly, would definitely purchase and recommend this product again.

Been taking these for a while, can’t say I have noticed any difference but would like to think they have been doing something. However this will be my last batch, although they are non-GMO, non-GMO is not always organic and more importantly for a health product, these capsules contain silicon dioxide. For anyone taking this product must care somewhat about their health so FYI... magnesium stereate, calcium stereate, steric acid, vegetable stereate, or silicon dioxide are the common flowing agents, excipients, used to make supplements in capsules, and these fillers are toxic. They kill T cells, damage gut lining, and weaken your kidneys and liver. Therefore shall no longer be taking this product.

Since taking the black seed oil I have seen significant improvement on my health, skin, and weight loss. My skin was going through it and I had breakout and dry skin but since taking it my breakouts have stopped and I no longer hand dry skin, in regards to my health I have been taking the capsules and exercising and I have been losing weight, overall I am happy I made this purchase I saw great results from Til Tok users and I had to try and I am not disappointed at all

I’m really enjoying this Black seed oil, I have a few health problems and it helps to alleviate my asthma and arthritis symptoms. You can taste the difference in this brand, it’s more easily digestible and I feel a lot more energetic. I’m also going through the dreaded menopause but guess what, I’m feeling a lot better since taking this Black seed oil, less hot flushes, less mood swings and I generally feel much happier
