I love these lights. The detail above the glass looks very elegant. The stake is stainless steel & very strong, no worries of these getting broke, however; the stake that goes into the ground is plastic. I recommend using the pressure of your hands to insert into ground & if you push it far enough to the dirt, it is very sturdy & will hold up without troubles.I ordered 2 sets (12 lights total) & both sets must have been returned ( I have no idea as to why someone would return these because they are awesome) but none of the light fixtures had the pull tab to remove before activating the battery. Some tabs were laying loosely in the box, but I have all 12 set up & all are working & they look amazing. You can switch them from a cool white light OR have a warm white (yellowish looking) light. I have mine set on cool white, but it's nice having a option & I may change them with the seasons...the warm white will probably look good in the Fall. If they go bad, I'll update this review, but as of now, I'm happy.

This is my fourth set, and I am very pleased with the performance of the solar lights. My yard has lots of full sun, so the lights get enough of a charge & stay on all night, Even the lights under the trees stay on all night. Customer service agents are quick to reply to inquiries and concerns. I recommended these solar lights to my friend.

The crackled glass makes a pretty effect when they are lit up at night.

I have some of these lining the walk from the driveway to the porch. Nice looking and very bright! I'm up grading my driveway lights with these. I know they will be a great improvement!

I am not sure what part is stainless steel, the globe is very nice and the rest seem like very high quality plastic. I will buy more of these in the future for other areas in my yard.

The light fixtures are attractive and the pattern they produce is lovely. But - they stop working in a few months. It isn't a matter of a dead battery - we've changed them and charged them. The problem is that the contacts inside don't allow the charge to pass into the light, so it doesn't come on.

THUS FAR ENJOYING IMMENSELY .

Was not sure I would like these. Just wanted lights, not a light show. But, I used them in different places so the patterns cast were not overwhelming but subtle in pairs in different locations. Especially happy having light at the side step from my driveway to my front porch at night.
