Disappointed
I was so disappointed to find a damaged item upon receiving my delivery. It's always a bummer when you eagerly await something, only to discover it's not in perfect condition. The box looked fine from the outside, so I wasn't expecting any issues. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of getting a replacement or a refund.
