Hard as a rock!
I had to cut out and empty 80% to make it squeezable and comfy as it was so hard. That's why I gave 3 star. But I love the covers so it's easy to clean. Once I emptied it, it's very soft and comfy.

Cushier Pillows
If you want me to post a picture, your going to have to tell me how to do this, some technology I don't know, Sorry!I Love these pillows I bought a total of (4) for home, vehicle, and use in our hotel room, I have Arthritis, and at the end of the day, these provide a lot of comfort. I also use i-in my vehicle, when riding along time in a van, and you need to get a good comfortable position. These help.
