Compromised by poor software.q
DVD/CD burner itself is reasonably well made but rather flimsy and no faster than the one in my old Windows 7 desktop PC.The software however is not fit for purpose and not reading or writing on DVD-RWs or CD-RW, insisting that they were an unknown format.Problem resolved by installing Nero software which worked first time on both formats.Being a known brand expensive for what it is.
