Great weight plate!
This is a great weight plate at the price point that was given! I will be buying more. A little large for the sleeve in my ruck pack but it fits in the big pocket just fine.

Within Specs
Easily fits in the Rucker 4.0. Close enough to specs for what I am using it for. Way better than the "name brand" weights that are ridiculously over-priced (yeah, I know I bought an over-priced Rucker 4.0, but to me it was worth it - I draw the line at the weights). These get the job done and are perfect for rucking. Look no further.

Perfect Fit for GoRuck Rucker 4.0
This was an exact fit for my long pocket in the GoRuck Rucker 4.0 bought June 2024. I have now a 20lbs standard plate from GoRuck and this 30lbs long plate. There is no meaningful difference between the fit and finish. This is an incredible value. I love the Rucker 4.0 and it is worth the quality materials/build, but after getting this plate... I could not recommend the GoRuck plates at 3-4x the cost. MAYBE if you needed a shorter plate you should go GoRuck. But this long plate is perfect.

Perfect for Rucking
I use this plate for lighter rucking. Easy to fit in backpack. Also, handle makes it easy to use as lifting weight. Great quality. Coating great. Very versatile and great stability.

This fit perfectly inside of my GoRuck Pack. It is well made and much cheaper than other plates. The double handles make this plate very versatile. There are endless workout possibilities in addition to rucking.
