My mom got us this after I gave birth to help me relax and we love it so much. My husband said it was easy to assemble, the app is easy to use and if you don't want to use the app, it comes with a control that is equally easy to use. We put it in a room that's right next to our bathroom. So when we use it, we turn off the lights, put on some meditation music on and make sure to get some essential oils in the water. I go in and close my eyes and I'm instantly transformed into a rich and healthy lady with money to spend at the spa. It's the most amazing feeling. Also, I've noticed that after a 20 min session in there and a cold shower, my skin is glowing and my hair is softer. Trust me, this is totally worth the cost.

Purchasing this product allowed me to use the steam sauna in the comfort of my home. The ease of moving the steam sauna is one of my favorite things about it. In addition, it works just as perfectly as a sauna at the gym, maybe even better. Since purchasing it, I have noticed that my skin is glowing and I feel very relaxed. The material is also very durable and can efficiently perform all the functions promised in the description. I am very happy with it and I truly recommend others to purchase it as well!

The quality of the product is appalling, the materials are cheap and fragile, and the seams were found to be cracked on the first use. The steam generator is inefficient, it takes a long time to produce enough steam, and the temperature distribution is extremely uneven, some places are as cold as an ice cellar, while others are hot as hell.Safety is even more of a concern, the power cord connector is loose and there is always a fear of power leakage when using it. Folding and storage is not as convenient as advertised, but very laborious, taking up a lot of space.

I’ve had it for 3 weeks and only missed one day in that time. I love it. It only has 15 heat settings not 18, but 15 is enough. The chair that comes with it is useless if you’re over the age of 5, seriously it sits maybe a foot off of the ground. The weight limit is 200lbs. If I was 200lbs I wouldn’t need it!. I’m 5’10 and can stand up comfortably inside. Plenty of room. Note that it will NOT fit through most doorways, ask me how I know! You can put essential oils in the round box that is inside. I sent the company an email with that question and they responded with a few days. 4 stars because of the chair. I use a shower chair that I already had. Great steam sauna.

I have only used this once but I will update if needed. I purchased this steam sauna because I wanted to get more serious about my health and detoxing. The package arrived quickly and on time at my doorstep. The steam sauna was very easy to assemble. I used it on the highest setting and it worked really well! Heated up quick. Lots of hot steam! I put eucalyptus oil in the attachment inside the sauna and it worked well. One thing: the chair is small. I am a 5'7 woman 130 pounds and the chair was a tad small for me. That aside, perfect purchases so far and very happy with my portable steam sauna that fits nicely a corner in my small home.Edit: it is now 6-20-24 and this sauna is still awesome!! Highly recommend.

We have used this every day if not twice a day since purchasing and we LOVE it. We got rid of our gym membership to save some money but missed the sauna, so decide to get one for home. Our steam pot went out a few weeks ago and after messaging with the seller they immediately shipped us a new steam pot no cost or questions asked. Best customer service you could ask for and that’s hard to find lately. Thank you so much!!

I was so excited when my sauna arrived on time! It was easy to assemble according to the clear instructions provided. I've been using it for a while now and it's fantastic to have a sauna in my home. The quality is excellent and it works great. Highly recommended for those who want to relax in their daily lives!

Who knows! You might take your chances ordering this kind of stuff on Amazon! This is fantastic! I'm super excited that I get to enjoy the sauna vibe at home. This thing gets hot! It takes a few minutes to start up after connecting and plugging it in, but after sitting in it for a minute, you'll definitely start sweating profusely. Highly recommended! If you're on the fence, don't hesitate, it's worth the purchase!

My boyfriend always wants to have a sauna and we have been talking about it a lot. This is more likely portable version and not like a real sauna but still works great.. it takes 5-10 mins to get warm up but when it works yes pretty hot and it helps the body pains. It is easy to assemble and take parts off as well. The steam sauna helps a lot for sore body and pains etc. We love to use it and pretty good idea for a small space! (and budget friendly)

Worked great when I first got it. Used it about 5 or 6 times and it just stopped working. Takes about 20 minutes to heat up, went to go in after the 20 mins and the unit was off. Couldn't get it to turn on and wasn't the outlet. Don't really recommend.

The sauna steamer lid cracked on my third go. I contacted Willowybe and they sent out a replacement lid along with some instructions right away.I received the lid two days later and everything is working perfectly. I've used the sauna a lot and love it. It's simple and if you use it properly, it works great.If not and something goes wrong Willowybe has great customer service.

Only used a couple of times so far but it was easy to setup and it gives a good amount of steam. Like to use after exercise helps relax the body and any tension

The product is good, works well. Stitching is weak in the corners though
