Great for sound and vapor barrier
This is a great sound stopper and feels warm and comfortable without a lot of spring or float. I’ve laid a lot of floor and this is good stuff.

Installation
Looked on Internet to find out which side goes up, for proper vapor barrier protection. Shiny side down was majority vote. Great product and value 1)3 price of other manufacturers in our area.
