This is an awesome baby book. We are using it for our grandson. Goes all the way to 5 years old (kindergarden). Lots of space for everything and a lot of things we didn't even think of. Even has envelope pockets that you can use for first baby teeth lost and other small items. Really cool!

There are six of us in the family, my mother had a Baby Book for each of us that she meticulously put together for us. As an adult I really appreciated the time and effort she put into these books. My niece just had her first baby, I bought this as a gift with the hopes of keeping the tradition going. The pages of the Book are great, as there is a lot of room to document, save important information and it can hold 100 + photos. She was quite happy when she received it.

At the time of this review this book is currently unavailable, but should it come back in stock I hope this is helpful. Pros: the suggested content is great for people like me who are not scrapbook types/creative. For example, the opening pages are for filling in information about about mom, dad, family tree, when mom found out she was preggo, etc. I like the different, coordinating page borders and colors used (grey, taupe, grey-green, grey-blue). The protective jacket is also nice to have. Overall, the book I received was well constructed. Cons: the type of paper used for the pages is a nice weight, but is glossy (like a greeting card) so writing with pen/marker will smear. There are typos. The 4 pockets on the inside back cover are a great idea, but were not made with accordion sides so only very small, flat items could be stowed. You can add photos but they must be glued to the page - there are no pockets to hold photos.

The item is as described. I loved the neutral colors and it is perfect for you if you like simplicity. It documents your child’s first year month by month including special occasions such as how did mommy and daddy meet, mommy’s baby shower, and their first holiday. Then it gives you 2 pages per year of their life. It has 4 small pockets in the back which I have put my daughters hair from her first hair cut and will be putting her first tooth.

This book is very well thought out and very well made. It slides into it's own protective cover, which I love. It is a beautiful, neutral shade and holds tons of pics and info. It has 4 envelopes on the back cover, for keepsakes like 1st hair cut, 1st tooth lost, or whatever you want to use them for. HIGHLY recommended!

My wife and I purchased this My Story Begins album for our close friends that just had a baby this past month. They loved it and plan to start creating memories inside the album for their new firstborn daughter. Like how it's simple and nicely designed.

I'm really impressed by this baby book. It has a really sweet and simple beauty about it. I'm not a bubblegum pink kind of Mom and this book hit the spot. Its perfect.

Beautiful photo album, got it for a baby shower and I got to see details of the pages this weekend when the future mom to be decided to opened, everyone asked me where I got it. Great gift for baby shower or new born.
