Good, not brilliant!
Delivery; 2 days earlier than anticipated; excellent.All accompanying accessories included/ease of assembly; excellent.Weight; light enoughMethod of cleaning; ok.This is my first foray into floor steam mops so expectations may be too high to deliver.Initial attempt left the floor swimming in water but now it's just wet which is to be expected.However, if your floor is not scrupulously clean of any lint, fluff or debris (of any sort) this will be dragged around/remain around the edges of the room too.Thought that cleaning windows/glass would be more successful but it leaves them with watermarks, not bone dry as you might expect; consequently there is lots of mopping up due to the steam condensing into water running down vertical structures.The instruction booklet is in b/w so picture quality isn't great but there is a page detailing all the soft covers and what they're used for which is helpful.I'll be investigating more U-tube videos to get the most out of this appliance as I am still positive that it is better than using a conventional mop as it can be dismantled and stored away using a fraction of the space required for a bucket etc.

Cheap but not great at cleaning .
Lasted barely a year before the cable melted and and smoke poured out of it . Spat water everywhere and the cloth wore out quickly . Cheap but won’t last
