This is great for the price. It was easy to put on and has deep pockets where it's not sliding off the bed. It also doesn't crinkle like a typical waterproof type sheet. Doesn't feel like the best quality, but it has a 10 year warranty so I am stoked. We got it for our RV and it was hard to put on, but sheeting a bed in an RV is always a challenge so it's not the manufacturers fault. My only issue is that the sides of the sheets aren't waterproof. The only reason I say this is because we get a lot of condensation from our windows and I wanted this to protect my mattress from that. It will protect from cat messes which is good but I would have loved the entire thing to be waterproof.UPDATE: I ended up having to take this off because it will not stay on the bed. It got way too frustrating adjusting several times a day.

The material is decent and it's very easy to put it over the bed. Definitely a good protector when you're away from home.
