Lime Linden Dried Flowers 50g The Spiceworks - Hereford Herbs & Spices

Nice bright flowers, very little dust, good aroma and good value. I'm trying to make an infusion of this to drink daily; you can make several infusions, saving the flowers after the first to make a second more dilute tea. Store the cold infusion in the fridge, and drink a few glasses a day mixed with fruit juice; if you brew the herb longer to get more out of it, it doesn't taste as nice as it does freshly brewed and hot. Half and half pineapple juice (this has anti-inflammatory properties too) and lime flower infusion, over ice if you like, makes an agreeable and beneficial drink.

Discovered this herbal tea while travelling in France and loved it. This product is exactly as I expected. I put it into self-fill teabags and brew in a cup, which works well.

…..I recall the taste of Linden tea being a lot fresher than this. wouldn't buy again.

I add this herb to my bulk of alkaline herbs and it does the job.
