I only get these when I can work them into my budget because they're expensive; however, they are second to none! The absorption and thickness when it gets wet is insane. You MUST wear a large diaper, most likely an ABDL diaper, with talk leak guards or the booster will push out the sides and you will leak. Otherwise, this thing will keep you in your diaper for a solid 12 hours if that's your thing. The only negative I might attach to it would be that it could be a little longer—I would prefer it to be about 5 inches longer, but the 19" length is not bad at all considering how heavy duty this thing is. Maybe another negative is if you want to be discrete in your diaper, adding this booster will not allow for that. It is THICK from the start, and even thicker when it absorbs moisture! Very soft though, and feels good.

These are by far the thickest, most absorbent, most comfy booster pads I have ever worn! They feel like wearing a down pillow in my diaper. They swell an amazing amount, but I still felt totally dry. They have great odor control, so you don't smell like pee when using for extended time. I love them!

Great boosters. Super fluffy and thick. I did not detect a scent but these are still a wonderful item and a must have.

Bought these to help lengthen the daily lifespan of my diapers overnight. They certainly help with absorbency, and reduce smell a little even. Pretty pricy, but worth it if you want to make the most of every diaper.

While the thickness is definitely there, the scent of whatever is not. I'm looking forward to trying these amazingly thicker booster pads with my new diapers tomorrow. I think these will be my go to booster pads.
