I tried to find these inserts and Ferrells locally. No business had a kit like this. Or if they did their sales, people didn’t know what I was talking about. I get on Amazon and have it here in 2 to 3 days.

Good For Water Filter Installation.
Breezliy 1/4 Inch OD Brass Compression Insert,Sleeve Ferrule,Nut 75PCSI purchased these fittings to install an under sink water filter. They fit the 1/4 inch tubing, I was using perfectly. Installation was fast and easy, but most important, no leaks! These are made for copper tubing mainly. You should use a plastic insert if using plastic tubing. I've never had any issues using these on plastic tubing, but it's not recommended.

Disappointed
When I first received this, I was impressed. The brass seemed very high quality, and the kit is nicely organized. However, the nuts don't seem to fit SAE (English) wrenches. But, the tubing size is SAE, so there seems to be a problem with the standardization. Cannot recommend.
