I absolutely love this pan! I had been looking for a wide, shallow pan that I could use in the oven (including the lid) for a while. Most seem to have lids that aren't oven proof. I've got cast iron skillets I put in the oven but I'm reluctant to cook with tomatoes in those as the acid strips the hard-won seasoning off. Plus mine don't have lids. I'd saved this pan in my wishlist then got a notification that it was on offer. It was a substantial discount so I decided to take the risk and buy it. I'm really glad I did, and I've used it almost daily since it arrived. I've cooked, amongst other things, fried fish, curries, stew and dumplings, and oven baked dishes in it. I also poached a large quantity of quinces in it for the freezer. Absolutely nothing sticks, it's a doddle to clean, and it's light to use. The non-stick coating is safe. Yes, the handles get hot, I've seen reviews that complain about that but I don't know why anyone would expect that not to happen. Use oven gloves, and always assume any part of a pan that's been used on a hob or in the oven is going to be hot. The instructions say not to use metal cooking utensils in the pan which seems like good advice and I'm following it. I'll definitely consider other pans in this range in the future. My only niggle would be that it doesn't get as hot as an iron or steel pan so wouldn't be good for something like stir-fry, but I've got a wok for that anyway.

It's in the oven as I review. I was very skeptical when I ordered this pot. I have taken months trying to decide what to get. I came across this make and model some time ago, but was unsure with it being aluminium. I was thinking more in the lines of enamelled cast iron, and the deeper model, however, I have an illness that causes pain and weakness, so I took the plunge and ordered the aluminium shallow, wider, lighter model. Well, it's perfect. The size, depth, and non stick ceramic coating is better than expected. It came packaged very well with two layers of plastic and a fabric cap to protect the lid from scratches or damage, all in a sturdy box. The pot is good quality, light, well made, and suitable for induction ceramic stove tops. Cost was good being a pre black Friday deal. I'm already considering a second one in the deeper model.

Strong Stylish and lightweight, this is really sturdy and useful hob and oven dish.

The Aluminium Pot is well made and has a non stick lining . It works on all hobs and ovens. It is easy to clean and my black finish compliments my other cookware. The product could be improved by having ceramic rather than aluminium handles which get as hot as the pot! The pot is spacious and good value.

Fabulous casserole dish, bigger thsn I expected, attractive and lightweight so is easy to lift out of the oven. Recommend it.

Love love love this pan, 2nd one I've Bought as wanted ones for my mums. Had my other a couple years. Will last many years. Cooks things really well. Just need to be careful how you move it whilst on hob, handles are obviously very hot too and stays hot a while after use.

I LOVE this pan - tbh when it first arrived I had misread the description and was expecting a cast iron pan! Am I glad I did because this pan is FANTASTIC!! it heats evenly, is super light, and what a fabulous color too - the non stick is one of the best I have had - in fact I love it so much I have just bought its big brother lol

The non stick coating bubbled and started peeling off after One use! I only used to make rice in it, so nothing extreme, no super hot temperatures for long time, no stirring and scratching .for the price this is Unacceptable!
