Best thing since whatever the last best thing was! Kitten LOVES this and so do I
The media could not be loaded. Best high quality cat toy! I just brought home my 12 week old Maine Coon and boy is he active and playful so this Whiskertons toy is so great. I want to make sure he gets plenty of stimulation and as much as I am playing with him directly I can't be playing with him a much as I can tell he wants to play (every second that he's awake!). While I was doing all manner of human chores, this thing kept him enraptured, engaged and enthralled and going back for more until he was tuckered out and purring peacefully in a nap at my feet. I highly recommend. It's well with the price. I got the non-catnip one with the base in case I didn't have wall space. It comes with the base AND the suction cup and 5 realistic birds. It's made of very high quality materials. The suction cup is strong. The base is heavy. They both seem like they'll hold up to some pretty vigorous play. The wire cable that connects to the base upon which you hang the birds is the perfect gauge, length, tension to respond to your cat's touch and create movement that mimics prey and they cannot help but to react to it. My little Maine Coon was working hard to catch that bird and the harder he tried the more "the bird" tried to get away! Super fun! I might get another set and place these strategically around my house to prevent him from getting into other shenanigans.

Great Toy
This was a great toy, its the perfect size in any type of home! Your cat may purr or other happy sounds, but the toy is quiet. Having the 5 different bird variety helps with changing it up. The toy is about average for price with other toys in the same type of category. Can definitely keep a cat entertained for quite a while. Cats definitely love this toy! Would definitely recommend you to try with your cat.

Good, solid 30 minutes of pure entertainment
Easy to use cat toy! Our cat, Charlie, loves attention and wants to play with his humans or simply yell at us ALL THE TIME, so I got this for him hoping he would play on his own. He LOST IT when we first presented the toy to him (exhibit A in the photo). Now, a couple days later, he bats at it a little, occasionally will play a bit if he’s feeling silly. I may have to replace the bird or the catnip baggie in the bird. I appreciate being able to stick it to multiple surfaces. I think that provides play variety. Overall good purchase, simply for the 30 minutes of entertainment when we first set it out. Cats are so silly and finicky.

Amazing Toy!
The little birds are all very cute and look realistic. Set up was quick and easy. Toy is light weight so it fits in the play area perfectly. Our kitten adores this toy and has been having a ball playing with it! Definitely worth every dime!

Birds Easily Rip Off Anchor Clip
The media could not be loaded. Updated with video. Brand new bird attached, 1 minute of playtime. One of the same kittens, 6 months old as of 4 days ago.“A chain is only as good as its weakest link” - This might have been the perfect toy if not for the sub-par glue spot holding a metal clip to the material and stuffing of the bird toy itself. The base and extension are great, may even lasts for years, but having to continually replace the birds at the costs they’re asking just doesn’t make sense. My 5 month old kittens are pulling the birds right off the clip. What’s the sense of having an elaborate setup if they’re just going to grab the bird and take off with it lol. Great attempt, looks great on paper, failed execution. Fun for minutes! Haha. There’d be a better value if the replacements birds were $1 each but that’s not the case. If you’re handy with sewing, you could always stitch the material to the eyelet of the clip, other than that, it’s going to fall apart.

Great set and forget cat toy!
I saw this cat toy on Instagram (clearly I watch too many cat videos) My decades of cat ownership had me buying hundreds of toys that are either totally ignored or played with for a minute and then rejected. I figured this too would end up in the reject column but took a chance. It's a great toy! I have a couple of wiggle wands and a feather wand that my cats both like but that requires a human (me) on the other end to make the magic happen. This is the first set-and-forget toy that they continue to play with night after night. here's what's great about it. First, it is a well made, quality cat toy, which is something you really can't take for granted these days. The base sticks firmly to the floor (I may never get it off), the wire is just the right flexibility and maintains its integrity, and the bird is still intact after a month of suffering a horrible fate night after night. Second, it thoughtfully comes with extras (5 birds in total!) and an extra sticker in case you do have to move the base, so you don't have to buy an entirely new set up because you are missing one piece. Third, my cats actually play with it, which is a minor miracle as they are super lazy ragdolls whose default mode is potted plant. I did add a string between the attachment to the wire and the bird because my cats' feet will only leave the ground if food is involved (and maybe not even then). Fourth, it is sturdy. Every morning I find the dead bird on the floor somewhere separated from its tether, which means they really had to rip at it to get the knot to come undone. Fifth, no batteries. Better for the earth and better for my wallet. Finally, I don't have to be involved! I love my cats but let's be real -- playing with them is like playing with a baby -- more fun for them than for you.

Fun but wire didn't last
It is an exciting new toy but my cat figured out how to straddle the wire, sit on it and leisurely chew on the bird. The wire no longer goes back up in the air after less than a week. I love the idea but wish the wire was more durable.
