Who doesn't like paninis? I don't know people like that and I don't want them near me. This book has so much delicious recipes for panini lovers, I could stuff my face with them for days. Recipes are original, tasty and most of them I have never seen. Combinations are really cool, there are your basic cheese and meat ones, but there are also paninis with shrimp, oriental style ones, even with pineapple. Really good stuff. Only thing I would change in this book are the lack of pictures, too bad that there are not more of them, it would be a visual treat. Other than that, I love the book and I am enjoying recipes from it, recommendation from me.
