It took a bit of searching to find a cat tree that hit the marks I was aiming for. The price I paid was lower than other comparable cat trees. This tree has a good height so that my cats are able to see out the windows. My sill hit around 36", so that 2nd tier had to hit that level, and this one does, The item is sturdy and accommodates my 10 lb. cat, and my 12 lb. cat whether together or separately with ease. The fabric used on the beds is soft and velvety, so, my cats seem to like it. It is also manageable for my 14 yr. old senior kitty to navigate. That is important since she has always loved basking in the sunshine. I haven't seen her in the top tier yet, but, she seems to enjoy the 2nd level.I feel I got a good bargain here. I work at a cat shelter and have seen hundreds of cat trees. This tree I feel is nice quality and I would recommend it.

It's mostly simple to assemble, but the topmost platform has a fence that is very fiddly to put together. The railing pieces don't have a perfect fit either. The stability is only so-so: you can rock it but it doesn't fall over. Still, you're better off putting some weights on the bottom platform to make sure it doesn't tip over if your cat is energetic.Customer service is very poor. Note: You are buying from a 3rd party, not from Amazon directly. My cat did not care for the tower and didn't want to use it. It's a large cat and didn't feel comfortable.The return policy specifies you must pay return shipping by UPS or FedEx on a heavy and bulky package. The CSR was rude and unhelpful, saying that the description was correct and "it's not our fault". Very childish...the issue isn't about placing blame or finding fault, it's about customer satisfaction. And mind you, the customer is a cat, not a person. The cat didn't read the description and tell me, "Sure, let's try this out, looks good, I promise to use it." Cats have unpredictable likes and dislikes. Anyone selling a product for cats should have a friction-free return policy. Caveat emptor: be absolutely sure your cat will like this before you pay much more than similar products on Amazon.

The posts are more substantial than most and it even has six little rubber feet for the bottom so it won't slip around. Great quality and fairly easy to put together. Good instructions. I assembled it by myself in about an hour. Seems to be designed for easy assembly AND for easy access by the kitties. I particularly like that both beds are equal in size. Now maybe my two cats won't fight over the top one, LOL 😂+2 mo. Update: don't think the cats could be any happier and I still like the way it looks.☺️ Alpha cat has claimed the top as her own. Beta doesn't mind 😸

As a cat owner, I've been on the hunt for a solid cat tree that satisfies my feline friend's climbing and scratching instincts while also blending seamlessly with my office. This cat tree has exceeded my expectations.The use of pine wood and gray cushions makes this cat tree not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing. The natural sisal rope-wrapped scratching posts are a huge hit with my cats, providing them with an excellent outlet to sharpen their claws, sparing my furniture from their clawing tendencies.With three perching platforms at varying heights, my cats now have the perfect vantage points to observe their surroundings. The cylindrical hideaway, with cushion, has become their go-to spot for rest and relaxation.Stability was a significant concern for me, given my cats' vigorous play sessions. This cat tree's heavy-duty base and non-slip foot pads have eliminated any worries. It stays firmly in place, ensuring the safety of my cats.I do wish it had included a few more hook-and-loop stickers than the ones it came with, but overall, it's been performing admirably as is. The adhesive backs remain securely attached to the platform, and the removable cushions make cleaning a breeze. The design is minimalistic, strong, and elegant.

My kittens love it and use it everyday. I put it together with the diagram provided. I did wish they provided a video.

This is a very nice climbing tree for cats. I appreciate the attractiveness and my kitten is learning to climb and stretch his claws on it. He definitely is drawn to claw at the rope surfaces. I found it easy to assemble. The instructions were simple but the tools provided were not great. I had a longer allen wrench which made it easier and also used my own phillips ratcheting screwdriver. The screws were self-tapping, requiring some torque to put them in, but I'm a senior citizen with arthritis and still managed it pretty easily. I gave it four stars in part because of the tools provided, the screw holes not being pre-drilled and also the lack of sufficient velcro attachments for the cushions. The manufacturer provides rough velcro circles which then adhere to the black side of the fabric, creating a stable connection, but I had to use a lot of extra velcro for the cushions to feel really stable for my cat. I had some adhesive velcro and just added a bunch, very solid now and I have confidence he will enjoy this toy for years to come. I recommend this toy but get some extra velcro :).

This is esthetically pleasing in my home. It was easily assembled and very sturdy. The cushions are removable for washing. I did add a few more Velcro circles on the top perch for the cushion as my girl is a energetic dismount. I did cat nip it and after about a week she made it her own.

I wasn't able to assemble it, so I can't give a review on it
