Update: I forgot my dress for a conference and had my pumping cover. I used an undershirt and a jacket and I used the car seat cover for a skirt and it worked out great! I actually got this idea because I was needing a way to pump while wearing a dress and was using the cover to cover my bottom half while I pulled up the dress to pump. When I realized I forgot a dress I improvised.Easy way to keep strangers away from my premie while out. The hole is just big enough to see through when positioned right. Baby falls asleep as soon as hes covered. Only complaint is unavoidable... the white parts dirty easy especially when squeezing between dirty cars getting baby in and out of the car.

This is one of those pieces of "baby gear" that I held out from buying for my first, and am so glad I bought for my second. It doubles as a nursing cover, and unlike conventional nursing covers that go over your neck and only cover your front, you put this on like a poncho and it covers 360 degrees so there is no risk of accidentally showing your breasts in public. It is also much better than putting a blanket over the carseat to keep the sun or germs out, because it is specifically made to fit over the carseat and doesn't slide around annoyingly like a blanket does. There is already enough chaos when you are traveling with an infant, so make your life easier and spend the $12 or whatever it is for one or two of these. I will buy one for every baby shower I attend from now on.One complaint: It isn't breathable. This is not a natural fiber carseat cover; it is synthetic. My baby does get hot under it when she is nursing if it is 70 degrees or hotter out.

This is a great product, I have it stretch over my car seat now. My fiance could not understand why we needed a cover since the car seat has a sunshade, I had to explain that it is used to block wind, sun from the front, germs from yucky colds, and can be used as a breastfeeding cover up, a high chair cover at restaurants and a shopping cart cover in stores. I like that is has a big hole on top so we can peak in on our little one while being used on the car seat. Very cute design- can be used for boys or girls. Its so stretchy and soft.

Love the print, which is why I bought it even though I already have a few covers. But, I was surprised by the material. It is a very slinky shiny material. Not the type of material I was expecting. Makes it look like a cheaper polyester cover compared to all the other covers I bought, so it’s definitley not the one I reach for first. If it was a different material, I’d give it 5 stars.

I was super excited about this product from the pattern to the purpose but when I received it I was disappointed to see that the pattern is only on one side and the other side is white. It makes it look cheap. You couldn't get away with wearing this as a scarf or apparel, which is kind of what I had hoped for in order to keep it handy and have at the park etc. but if you twist it at all the non patterned white side shows and is unattractive. Good for cover for car set and to give privacy for nursing, just disappointed because the difference in fabrics isn't represented in the description or in pictures.

I really like this car seat cover. It is very lightweight and soft, blocks the wind (it is noticeably warmer than the ambient temperature when I stick my hand inside the car seat), and is very cute. I have gotten compliments from strangers on the pattern.I've used it once as a nursing cover in a pinch at the medical lab, but I don't really like it for this purpose. It just sort of flops and covers baby's face and doesn't seem very comfortable or breathable for baby in that context.Overall, very happy with this purchase as a car seat cover.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this cover! This is our second one, bought a second to change it up from time to time. It’s made out of a swimsuit kind of fabric which actually makes it stretch great and never lose its shape/stretch. Easy to wash and hasn’t lost its color at all! Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this cover. I put it over the car seat to give my 2 month old a “black out” environment for nap time on the road. We brought her into a busy restaurant and she stayed asleep insides her space for an hour. I wish the inside was black instead of white, but it’s very high quality, keeps its shape, and has a fun design. I don’t use it for anything other than a car seat cover so I can’t speak to its other functions.

I bought this product primarily for a nursing cover rather than a carseat cover. The quality is amazing. It's stretchy enough to wrap around me and baby, and it is thick enough to not be see-through like my previous one I had from another brand. I have 2.5 years experience of nursing my 3 children and this is by far my favourite. I have not put it on my carseat yet, but it seems like the quality would hold up against the wind to protect baby from the elements. I would recommend.

Love this item. I have purchased others that were very small, this is a nice size great stretch and so very soft. My only reservation is that it is black so in the summer may get hot, but the material is very light so I think it will be fine.Favorite baby purchase thus far.

Beautiful car seat cover!! Wanted something darker that would match the white, silver and black colours our stroller. Very silky, soft and breathable fabric with the perfect amount of stretch. Incredibly easy to wipe dust or dirt off and the opening at the top makes the handle easy to access. Highly recommend!

We have used this on our car seat, shopping carts, restaurant high chairs, etc and it works well on all of them! The fabric retains its shape so well and is not flimsy. The one bad thing I have to say is that the black print shows lint so easily. I use a lint roller to remove it but it is such a cool print and it’s worth it to me. Also convenient that it comes with a bag so that after using it in public, I can contain it until washing. Love this!

I love the look of this cover. The stretch is great, easily can cover the car seat, and fits well for a nursing cover. I didn't expect the inside to be white, which was a little disappointing, but I also didn't consider how hot the black would be in the sun either. This may help it not be so hot in the summer, will have to wait and see.
