Product is good but service is very bad
Product is very good but service is not good. We requested for service since 5 days and no one has approached. Very bad customer service.

Do Not Buy Bluestar AC
Pros - cooling is goodCustomer care support is goodCons - The materials used in the AC product is of very low and cheap quality. Problem arises very frequently and need to raise a ticket with customer care. Even in the warranty period, the service person says some stories which are not appropriate and fleece money from us. The customer service person is also not experienced to identify and resolve the issue in the timely manner.Solution : Pls go for some other established brand AC even though the initial investment is Rs. 4000 to Rs. 5000 more. This will avoid time wastages, mental dilemma and recurring expenses which will exceed the initial AC cost within the 1 year warranty period.

Product is good but beware of installation charges
Good AC cools faster does it work properly.But be careful while placing an order the installation charges shown on Amazon is added but you will be asked to pay after installation and the installation charges changes which u never knows.It was shown to me 680+Gst but technician and the ac provider asked me to pay 1400rs which is double the value displayed on Amazon.

Horizontal swing is not working. While installation observed outdoor unit fan is touching with the body and oberserved abnormal sound reflects delicate body.
