its ok
I love all the other flavors but this is my least favorite it tastes fine but tastes more like a plain buttermilk pancake there is no lemon flavor what so ever and it needs more blueberries.

The pancakes were tasty and had a few blueberries but I did not taste any lemon at all. Will not buy again.

Too expensive for regular use
This product is tasty, but the need for several ingredients and the time to mix is too much work. They are too pricey as well

Save Your Money!!
I purchased because it states "lemon" however I could not detect any lemon flavoring at all! The blueberries were very hard and remained hard after cooked.

When you are paying $6 for a pancake mix, ...
When you are paying $6 for a pancake mix, you expect the recipe to at least make sense. The recipe on the back of the container calls for 2 cups of the pancake mix, but there is only 11/3 mix in the container. Even the serving sizes on the back of the container say there are 4 servings at 1/3 cup each. That is ridiculous! Either the recipe is wrong or you have to buy 2 containers just to make the recipe work.
