The charging port broke on it :(
This stopped taking a charge within the first month. You could actually feel the inside of the charging port, where the cable fits into it, moving around when you tried to put the charger cable into it. It's really a shame too bc this was the quietest massager I've ever had and it gave a good strong massage. I do not recommend

The charger part is defective.
I used it about 3 times and it stopped working. It was great until it stopped. The charger didn't go right in. I had to hold it a certain way.
