So Much Power in Such a Small Package
I love this product! Had an issue shortly after setting up, so I contacted Customer Service. Wish everyone was as responsive as they were. Worked with me every step of the way to resolve my issue. The product itself is great. Has all the ports/slots that I need for my external devices. And it was quiet. Love the interface between Thunderbolt and my Hub. Don't need a lot of speed but it was more than enough for my needs. I must again acknowledge the amazing support I received from Nancy in Customer Service who continuously worked with me. Thanks to her for her assistance in resolving this issue!

Powerful and Versatile
This little NUC is great. It has Thunderbolt USB-4 and it is fast. My external hard drives I use connected to it is only limited by their read write speeds. I can do video editing and it even renders fast for Standard 780-480 resolutions into mp4. It's worth the money. It was easy to pop in the M.2 and SSD, the bottom opens up and it is all toolless like advertised. I am impressed by it :)

Customer support is negative
sad customer support. I paid $963.31 for this device and the motherboard failed after 6 months. They do not respond to any phone calls or emails.

Will NOT support VirtualBox. Hides essential BIOS settings that hardwire it to Microsoft's Hyper-V
2nd UPDATE: Although VirtualBox reports a slightly different virtualization message now, it DOES appear to continue to operate in its own native virtualization mode (Purple "V" in lower right icon row in VirtualBox Manager) even though that mode makes reference to Hyper-V. Otherwise, the machine is meeting expectations, so I'm raising my review to a 4. Give me more time to fall in love and I may go to 5. UPDATE: I finally found what appears to be a solution involving downloading Microsoft's Device Guard and Credential Guard hardware readiness tool, which, ironically, was designed for turning security features ON but can be used to turn them off and keep them off. Read up on this before using; there are 2 specific commands that have allowed me now to run VirtualBox instead of Hyper-V, of course lowering my security in the process. Also be aware that VirtualBox has a still "experimental" feature that at least one user has said allows VirtualBox to "borrow" Hyper-V's capabilities so you don't have to jump through hoops to keep Hyper-V out of your way. I bumped from 1 to 2 while I evaluate the rest of this machine. ORIGINAL: Like the 1st mini-PC I returned, it turns out after a few days' work that this NUC 14 Pro AI also does not allow VirtualBox to run properly; it does this by denying user access to BIOS settings that currently support virtualization only by Microsoft's built-in Hyper-V. You can try to turn that stuff off in Windows, but the hardware turns it all back on again when you restart. Therefore, for all the legacy software that won't run in Windows 11, you now have no choice but to run it in Microsoft's own VM software which they could turn off at any moment vs. running a cross-platform, open-source, and free VM machine. At least this little box doesn't turn itself off and refuse to wake. But don't buy it if you have cross-platform virtualization plans for running your old software. If ASUS's engineers can show me how to access the hidden BIOS settings or send a firmware upgrade, I'm all ears. I haven't decided whether to return this one yet or not. SEE UPDATES AT TOP.

Works great as a quiet Plex media server.
I use i5 version of this computer to support Plex media server. Installed additional 1TB nvme drive and Ubuntu. Works perfectly and quietly. Handles Plex streaming without a glitch. It is my second NUC. Well worth the price imo.
