Love this Arslo Gallon water bottle. I play pickleball in the AZ summers & hydration is definitely needed. The jug can hold ice & keep the contents cold for easily upto 1-2 days. I LOVE the large opening with the lid off to quickly load it with ice. The lid allows for you to drink via straw or spout. I'm not a huge straw guy, but it works well. The seller for me was the large spout which makes it easy to chug water and/or fill up a friends container FAST! The handles & the hangers are quite thick and robust. I don't expect them to break and seem like good quality. I did reach out to the seller (WYHL) about a warranty issue about 1 month of ownership for a small leak on the lid. After sending them an Amazon message with pictures of my issue through the marketplace, they sent me a whole new replacement jug! You can't beat that kind of service. I will be buying from this company if I ever need any additional bottles. Don't hesitate to buy, especially if there is a sale!

This water jug I truly like. The first time I used this for work, I filled a 1/4 of it with water. The rest of it was so packed with ice that it was impossible to put anymore ice inside the jug. I mainly work inside with no A/C in central Texas. I refilled this a few times with water during my 8 hour shift. The ice held up great! By the time I got home, I still had 1/2 of my ice left. The other 1/2 melted. So I kept the same ice in there for the next day. The next day at work, I had to work outside for maybe like 3 hours tops. Yes I had my jug with me the whole time. About 3/4 of my ice melted. Nothing can defeat the Texas heat! Keep in mind that it’s only Spring! As I reflect in usage of my jug. I would say that this is a great jug if you work inside. However, if you work outside all the time in Texas heat? Bring an another metal jug filled with ice. This way when the ice completely melts, you still have more ice to use for ice cold water! I gave this four stars because the inside rubber ring came loose. I requested a replacement and got one through Amazon. Then the rubber ring for the mouth piece came off. Well I hope nobody has my luck with rubber rings, but this is a great water jug.

Have to lay it down to fit under the shelves in my refrigerator, was concerned about leaking, but no issues so far (only had it for about a month or two). I like the straw option & the fact that you can take the cover off completely to wash it easily.

I bought two of these gallon ARSLO water containers and they worked great until after about 18 months, when the gasket on both units failed and both of them began leaking. I would like to be able to buy or obtain replacement gaskets, as it seems wasteful to throw away all that stainless steel for something as simple as a rubber o-ring. I bought these things because they looked and felt bulletproof--so it would be silly if the company didn't offer replacement gaskets. I contacted the company but have not gotten a response yet, so will revise this review if they can respond and solve the problem. UPDATE 8/27: After about a week and half, still no response from the company. If they don't respond in another week, I would recommend not buying this item. I have two and both gaskets/seals have worn down and I now have two leaky gallon sized water bottles. I'll come back to update this review if they do respond. UPDATE 9/5/2025: No Response from company despite multiple attempts. AVOID BUYING THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A HUGE USELESS HUNK OF STAINLESS STEEL LYING AROUND

The best water I've ever had, it may be quite heavy for alot of people but i find it very useful, leak proof and keeps water cold.

Este termo es una locura, 3.7 litros en una sola mano, para el gym me va genial, olvidate de andar comprando botellitas de agua y vas preparado para darlo todo en el entrenamiento, no goteos, no derrames, super bonito, practico y elegante, si es grande pero no tanto como para ser estosboso en el gym, a los hombres y mujeres que les gusta no batallar este termo es la solucion, una cosa que lo aria perfecto pero ya es mas gusto mio es que marcara la temperatura interna, pero tampoco bueno eso ya es vanidad jajaja
