ANOTHER EDIT**** I had another issue with the headphone jack , and the company were super helpful and helped me solve the issue. Great customer service skills.****EDIT I still stand by what I have written previously, it isn't easy to set up, it did break after only having it for 2 month BUT my son does love it, he uses it for education and yes paw patrol, and the company were fantastic with my complaints and issues, and solved them promptly and the lady was so polite and understanding, if you can get over how long it takes to set up and have patience it is definitely worth the money!!**** I ordered this for my sons Christmas present. And all I can say is, I'm glad I've been trying to set it up the last 24 hours and NOT on Christmas morning. My child has a google account and is on my family link. It accepts the email address etc buy then gets stick when downloading Google play store updates, tells me an error and to try again, it then reboots and I have to start the whole process all over again!!! And now not two months of owning it, it has crashed, the touch screen function does not work, so frustrating!! because when it was working my son absolutely adored it, played games, educational section, it was his best gift!!

I ordered this tablet and worked well until the screen went on it,I emailed the company about it and after trying a few different things they ask me too they have decided to replace it. The company was very helpful and understanding about it all and they responded very quickly too I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to friends and family. Definitely giving them a 5 star review.

EDIT: I have since been contacted by the company and they have helped me so much, and refunded me when the tablet had stopped working. They were lovely and very easy to talk to. So if anyone has a problem, just contact them and I’m sure they will do their best to help in any way. So fantastic customer service from them 😁 Easy enough to set up, took a long time because of how slow the tablet is. I’ll give it a 5/10 if was used for other purposes, But Like me, If you’re mostly using this product for YouTube/YouTube kids don’t waste your money, it lags ALOT and keeps disconnecting from the internet,(we never have this issue with other devices) my autistic 3 year old is getting very frustrated with it. I’ve had it a couple weeks now and I wish I hadn’t got it. Also the screen protector it comes with is flimsy, the sound quality is very quiet.

This is the worst tablet we’ve had, the battery life is frustratingly poor and it keeps freezing meaning you have to hold down the start button for 20sec to reboot it! Went to do a return as only had it 2 months but they only do a 30 day return period which is shocking for a faulty item

Brought 2 of these for Christmas absolutely brilliant tablets for anyone especially a child, easy to set up lovely big and bright screen and chunky case. Really easy for a child to use which is great with the parent control on, my 3 year olds absolutely love these. Would highly recommend this tablet to anyone. Great customer service from seller too can't recommend this enough

Very disappointing. Bought tablet end of May and my daughter uses it max 2 hours over the weekend. In the last 3 weeks it has been continuously overheating while in use and the screen freezes.

Verarbeitung, Technik und Qualität ist im Gegensatz zu anderen erprobten Kindertablets in Ordnung. Leider ließ sich das Gerät nach 5 Monaten Gebrauch nicht mehr laden oder starten. Der Kundenservice reagierte schnell und freundlich und möchte mir nun ein neues Gerät zukommen lassen.

My kids loved the tablet. Its not fast and the battery goes out pretty fast. But for the price its good
