I'm a 42 year old woman and within the last year my hair started coming out like crazy. large amount in the shower and my brush. I take biotin and collagen, but the issue continued. Before this shampoo and conditioner I tried Routine, which is very expensive and made my hair brittle and dry. It didn't seem to help the shedding at all. I found this product on Amazon and within a week of using it, there was less shedding. Now after a month I hardly have any hair loss and new hairs are growing. I use the shampoo every other day and let it sit for 5 minutes, the conditioner I just use on the hair below the scalp. It has a slight tangerine scent which I like, and it makes my hair soft and shiny. For reference, I have wavy/frizzy thinner strand hair and it can get a bit dry but with an oily scalp. I will say I have to use a build up remover once a week. Highly recommend this product.

I started using Hims on 4/23, then a couple of weeks later I started the shampoo and conditioner (first pic) slowing seeing a little improvement by 7/3 (second pic). I use the massager and Hims daily and the shampoo/conditioner twice a week. The shampoo smells good, I massage it into My scalp for a couple of minutes then leave it on Around 5 minutes and the conditioner I leave on about 5 min. I think I’m slowly seeing results.

My hair does seem fuller (I'm thinning at the crown). I'm using it with a different brand shampoo and hair products so it could be the combo. But it smells nice and feels nice. Rinses well.

Fast shipping. I use this every other day. Haven't seen much results for thickening my hair. My hair is soft but just getting thin. I bought this in hopes it would make my hair fuller but so far it isn't working. Love the scent.

I didn’t have a dry , wired like hair when I started to use this, but 2-3 times after my hair was dry, as if I washed it with dish soap or worse!! I kept using it to give it a chance but it got worse. I’m not expecting new hair but at least not a new problem. My hair is not colored, it’s natural and I can only imagine for those other hair types. I will not recommend this, buyers beware.

The product smells amazing, but the smell does not last. But i mean we all arent here for the smell. We are here for a different purpose. I must say that the product does work. Its been about 3 weeks and I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE. My hair does feel a bit thicker. I am no longer afraid of putting my hair up in a bun with the fear of thinning spots.

This shampoo and conditioner really helps the hair. I've noticed new growth after using it for a while. It doesn't take much to lather and I have curly hair that goes down to my waistline. I dont know the miracle ingredient they have in the conditioner, but it makes my hair so silky smooth. I will buy this again. My only wish is that there would be other smells besides the tangerine smell. It reminds me too much of cleaning products for wood furniture. Lol
