This band is OK . Smelt quite strong when taken out of packet . Have since washed and now OK . Band is very thick .

Good for work outs

This red band is of quite thick rubber and would equate to the 'black' level of band in one of the common colour codings - the heaviest, then. I do wish there was a universal standard. Red is often of medim resistance ... Still this was advertised as heavy, so I can't really complain because it certainly is heavy.

Great length resistance band. Just what I needed for my balance class. The bands provided at class are not long enough for me as I am tall. Good quality at a great price.
