This was the best assembly I've done in a while. This is a childhood classic for me and brought back memories when putting it together! I plan to gift it for my mom and and the lego dog to the added bonus! National Lampoons Family Vacation! Hope there's more from your company I’ll buy more!

My 5yo really enjoyed building this car (and getting his zombie-guy into the driver's seat -- minifig not included). The hinge for the roof is great, makes it more playable! It's nicely done and good quality pieces, rather goofy looking like the actual station wagon.

This is a great way to get a set that Lego may not make. For us this is a great scale for the Creator city buildings. Overall the directions are pretty good. There was one odd part of construction where you use a couple of the cylinders, but on the bottom side of those, they don't snap onto a brick and it took another six steps or so before those two were attached to something. There are two reasons I have dinged this model set a star.1. All 7 bags were labeled '1' and within the first 8 or 9 steps I had to empty all the bags. Why bother label them if they aren't going to in any way be sorted by step or color or anything. There were 5 types of brick needed in step 2 that were in 4 different bags.2. The stickers are like 'rub on tattoos' so that means that many times you need to take the pieces off the model to be able to properly get the sticker on and you need to be super careful with the line up because you really only get one shot. They look good if you get them on properly, but they are very fiddly.Overall, value is good for the price and I'd definitely order another set if I found something I really like. Other than the stickers, this model would be good for ages about 8-9 and up. Definitely have an adult do the stickers.

My 6-y-o nephew built this set almost entirely on his own. It was the first time he'd tried building a set on his own and he was excited. The instructions were easy enough that, except for a few places when he didn't pay attention, he could do it all and he was so pleased. The pieces connected well and didn't fall apart after he started playing with it.We were missing one piece but were able to find another one of a different color in our stash so he could keep building. I contacted the company and they very quickly sent me not one piece, but 2 as well as a cute lego puppy. Wonderful customer service.

I loved the Nat'l Lamp**ns Christmas Vacation movie, and this did do the movie some justice. It's a very cool looking build, and it was fairly easy to put together. While not 100% accurate, it's still a cool little display piece.

This was a fun little build. Easy build, no surprises. All pieces had good clutch strength, holds together well. All the pieces were present. Easy to follow, colored instructions. Really nice stickers. All the blocks have good color and shiny. Just a fun little build.
