Burnt Ends!!!
This paper is the weight, and sturdiness that I used to get from a local butcher. This is NOT wax coated. Exactly what I wanted. Very easy to use, and held up well for a Boston butt I smoked for 11 hours. The paper held the juices, and was not burnt and did not tear.Very pleased with this!!! Thank you for providing it!!

Awesome Product That Actually Works on My Pellet Smoker
Works Great for smoking all types of meats. I use it in my Pellet Smoker and I'll definitely be buying this product again. Using it, it holds the moisture in around and in your meats, as well as absorbs a lot of the grease.
