This is really helpful for upset stomach when you've eaten something spicy, or otherwise upsetting to your stomach. We keep it on hand always.

After the initial opening of the jar, if you don't shake the container there is no "cloud" of product. I find if I put the two scoops into a cup and then add warm water and stir there is no mess (except in the cup". It does stain a white mug and doesn't wash off in the dishwasher. However, put some d/w soap into mug and soak for a while, wipe out with paper towel and it comes clean. Think it has helped my IBS.

Using this as a detox for myself and my daughter. Works amazingly well and she doesn’t have any issue taking it - I just mix it with applesauce or yogurt. Makes it black but doesn’t alter the taste

This product has so many uses. For example, It helps detoxify the intestines especially if you have alot of heavy metals & yeast. It should be taken 1 hour before eating or 2 hours after eating. However, one thing most people don't mention is how it helps bind you if you're having a queasy stomach and constant diarrhea. Forget Pepto Bismol & anti-acids. My stomach was upset for over 2 weeks. Nothing was helping. I tried everything from Flagyl and Ivermectin to homeopathics and essential oils, then after taking the charcoal for 2 days, my stomach was completely well.
