These work similarly to the Loop earplugs I had in that they aren't completely noise cancelling but works well to dull environmental sounds, so they're great for preventing sensory over-stimulation. I have small ears, too, and these are more comfortable in my ears than the Loops.

We have a kiddo that can get overwhelmed in loud crowded places. I try to keep a pair of these in my purse for such occasions. They are soft and comfortable and much more subtle than over the ear style.

These are NOT noise cancelling. You will still be able to hear loud noises. I’m a really light sleeper and have a hard time falling asleep. Bought these for a music festival since I’d be in an RV with 3 boys and my husband snores. These got me through it. I’m definitely not the camping type because of all the noise so these will do the job for you. But still make it so you’re able to hear a tiny bit.

I needed these for sound sensitivity and they work good for that. I just wish they were slightly smaller. I have small ear canals and these hurt after a little bit.

I had a pair of loop earplugs that were fine, but they didn’t stay in very well and I unfortunately lost them after one concert. These are so comfy, they stay in and they definitely work for loud environments.

These barely block out any noise.

Best earplugs ever. My partner snores like a freight train and I can’t hear anything with these in. They are super comfortable and stay in when I toss and turn in my sleep.

These ear tips are stuck onto the buds so they cannot be switched out. Only one size, but one size does not fit everyone. Need different size tips
