Free spins on the stick without bunching up (does not use a spinner tube) Added unique design feature keeps the flag from sliding up and down on the pole while still free spinning. Made of beautiful, lightweight tissue lame fabric with rich, bright color. Comes ready to use on the stick, rolled, not folded. Stick is hardwood with ball caps on each end for easier hand control. White and gold trim on the flag along both sides of the stick. One flag on one stick per item. Stick is 23 inches long.
