As someone who trains others and myself everyday I get to go through a variety of jump ropes and have had my fair share of good and not so good ropes. This rope has been used a fair amount by users of various levels of abilities with a couple of them quite reluctant to give it back when the training session has finished which from my own use I can see why. For me what makes a good rope is one that has both smooth silky like bearings and one which rotates without any kinking or jumping when in motion which thankfully this rope has and does respectively. The handy zip bag keeps everything neat and tidy as well as keep a hold of the spare end caps and allen key for which the rope can be quickly adjusted depending on user height. Even with a few inches of excess wire, the rope rotates smoothly without any interference. The included user guide gives some good info on how to adjust the rope for optimum use and results. The rubber wire protector is easy to fix in place ready for outdoor use and can be removed when needed. Given that we train regularly outdoors and indoors I have left the guard in place. The plastic hollow handles are suitably sized for most users that have tried the rope. Asides from the overall quality that cannot be faulted and gives the impression that it will last well, the free lifetime warranty adds to the overall satisfaction of my purchase should the need ever arise for repair etc.

I bought this rope as an upgrade after 'mastering' double unders. It's a very fast rope which takes a while to get use to but once you've got the hang of it you'll never want another rope. The quality of the rope is very good, the handles are strong and the wire if covered in a strong plastic. It's really easy to alter the rope using the tools provided. The rope comes with an instruction manual, tools, stoppers, a bag and an outdoor protector. The bag is very handy to keep everything together but it's not the best quality. It could have been built to a slightly better standard. Overall I would recommend this rope of you're looking for a fast, well built rope.

I bought the Beast Rope Pro Advanced Speed Skipping Rope for CrossFit, specifically to master double unders but also because I do a bit of boxing training, so wanted a quality rope for that too. To be fair I had done a bit of research beforehand, looking at reviews and things to look out for / avoid. So I was confident that I'd made the right choice before I purchased. The Beast rope didn't disappoint. It is made to a high quality spec, really smooth and lightweight. The handles are especially impressive. As well as being really lightweight, the cord is set at a 90 degree angle, which makes skipping at speed effortless. The rope looks and feels like a quality item and the red cord gives it an expensive look. My order also came with a storage bag (also well made) and Allen key. Whilst I did have an issue post purchase (my son got hold of it and damaged it) the after sale service that I received from Ben at Beast Gear was both exceptional and personal, making me feel like my satisfaction was important to them. He certainly went the extra mile (a rare experience for me when contacting manufacturers with any issues) and I really appreciate his efforts. I will definitely be placing more orders with Best Gear.

It's a light rope to skip with , but if it hits you on your leg or arms whilst skipping ,it's very painful. Definitely not for children

So I bought this on the 13th of Jan and I’ve used it about 12 times. I wanted to give it a proper go before leaving a review. I’ve been boxing, Thai boxing, practicing BJJ and MMA for around 25 years and I’ve used all manner of skipping ropes and this rope has, in the two weeks I’ve used it, become the best speed rope I’ve ever used. It’s adjustable, I can adjust to within a millimetre to suit me. The bearings in the handles are super smooth. The rope is wire coated in a soft but hard wearing plastic. It’s the perfect weight to swing and it’s easy to maintain momentum. It’s balanced. It comes in a pouch and the tools needed to adjust, it has a protector you can use for skipping outdoors. It is, without doubt the best rope I’ve had. If you want a rope that is easy to adjust, hardwearing and smooth to use then I reckon this one’ll be perfect for you!!

Been using this for about a month now and it has been excellent. Finally got the double unders as well. It took a bit of getting used to because the feedback is much lighter than my previous rope. UPDATE - 3 Months in I work away on ships so bought two of these, I used one solid 30 mins a day for about 6 weeks and it ended up with a strange kink in it so I started on my second one for another six weeks and it's also kinked. They are still usable, but when doing repetitive crossovers they now tend to tangle which is annoying. The surface I've been skipping on is painted steel so I'm unsure if this accelerated the issue. They are still a good rope but I've dropped a star off and ordered an elite rope to see what like.

Best, or should that be 'beast', rope out there by a long way. I had to contact the company owner Ben to sort out a small issue I had with the product initially (stuck bearing), he was polite, courteous and had excellent customer service and support skills. He sorted the issue immediately to get me a perfectly working rope. The rope itself is excellent, very fast for those double-unders, as well as being very well designed and engineered. It's easy to use for a beginner but also good enough for more advanced use. Instructions are good and in multiple languages. The package include spares and an Allen key for adjusting the length of the rope into the handles. All of this is presented in a branded, protective pouch.

Top, correspond à la description. Facile à utiliser. Ne s'emmêle pas quand on la love et qu'on la met dans le petit sac fourni. Par contre attention à qui veut la couper pour ajuster la taille, car oui il faut la couper un peu, elle est très solide donc il faut une bonne pince ! Elle est légère en main, ça peut dérouter au début. Je ne regrette en aucun cas mon achat.

Esta comba me vá de fábula, me ha permitido mejorar mis double unders, es ligera y tiene un buen movimiento del mecaniamo de rodamientos, los mangos son de plástico y tienen forma ergonómica. Viene con su bolsa de transporte, que incluye un protector para el cable para poder entrenar en exterior y que éste no se dañe, tambèn trae tornillos y tapones de repuesto, así como su llave para ajustar la medida e instrucciones con consejos para saltar. No es de las más baratas, pero tienen una buena calidad y tampoco es de las más caras. Otra cosa muy importante, el servicio de atención al cliente es espectacular, Ben es un crack.
