I like it. Working fine since 2022. Fan speed 1 makes nice low background noise (like a noise generator, but softer). APT30 Filter easy to replace; reset indicator light by turning on & then hold down ION light/button for 3 sec. (original filters had this instruction, some ‘compatible’ replacements don’t).

Fantastic product that really works!!! I had been coughing alot and she was sneezing alot. No More !! House always smells odorless and clean. Highly recommend, well worth the money !!!

After reading TONS of Reviews, I bought the Homedics Medium Air Purifier for the bedroom. It has a super quiet sleep setting, plus " 1, 2, 3" ....I have it on "1" and can barely hear it. The little lights can be turned off at any setting. When the filter is done, it has an indication to tell you, so I didn't order a back up..I've had it a week now, and my sneezing has dramatically improved.

The Homedics Air Purifier T22 replaced a smaller air purifier because it was difficult to find replacement filters. After I unpacked the air purifier, plugged it to the wall outlet, I added drops of scented oil on the scent pad, the scent was present in the air. The fan speed noise on the sleep mode is very quiet with very minimal fan air from the top. At setting #1 it’s still quiet. At setting #2 it’s not loud but noisy for sleeping. At setting #3 it’s the loudest. The filter is easy to replace. Replacement filters are found on Amazon and are affordable. The control lights on the top are not distracting in a dark room. There is a slot on the top back for moving the air purifier to another room. The only minor thing I didn’t like was that the air purifier only has air intake holes on the front and on the back for the filter. You may want to consider that it’s not best to place the air purifier against a wall. Only time will tell how reliable the air purifier will be. Update 11/9/25: I was surprised after using it for 5 days that a whiny noise was noticeable on fan speed #1. The whiny noise began on the third day of usage. It’s only heard on fan speed #1. I moved the air purifier to other rooms to check for that whiny sound and it was heard in all the rooms. I like to set the fan speed to only #1 and not the other speeds. I will return it and buy another brand with a vertical fan inside the air purifier.

Second one I purchase, had the larges size for years. They works great, do as what it says they have to do, In dusty Arizona, plus two large dogs, this is a necessity, I can absolutely tell the difference in the air.

This little unit is perfect for our bedroom

We have 3 very large dogs with very long coats. When cold weather comes, it can start to smell musty in the house and sometimes like wet dogs. (Because they get wet when we walk them in the rain) Since we started using this, it's much nicer in the house. Our house is not large and I move it from room to room every 3 or 4 days. If I know that cleaning might kick up some dust, I make a point of running it nearby. I especially like the 3 speeds. On low, you can hardly hear it at all which is great for night time. During most days, I run it on medium. I was skeptical that it would make a difference and it does. If you like fragrance in the air, there's an option to add essential oil but I prefer not to use that.
