Bed rails
These bed rails are very tall which I needed due to mattress height. They are easy to drop down to make the bed. I am using them on the top bunk of a bunk bed. There are rails on the bunkbed but only 12 inches high and so is my mattress, leaving it easy to fall past the rails. These rails provide an additional 14 inches above the mattress top. Also these rails are adjustable for mattress height to fit a deep mattress. They are sturdy and work well. I found them to be good value for the money.

Sturdy and Easy to Install without Instructions
First off, the instructions were incorrect and is shown in illustrations only and was provided the manual for the 48 inch instead of the 32 inch I ordered. I received a message from the seller stating that there was a mix up and was referenced to go to the video on the homepage. However, I did not and tried it my way to “build without looking at instructions” first - the lazy and confident way. To my surprise, it was super easy and self explanatory! I do enjoy this product but here are my thoughts in a nutshell. The pros:-Easy to install without a manual-Neutral color so it is not an eyesore; looks stylish for a baby rail. Cute mesh with a “window” like appearance-Not bulky or heavy but sturdy so that my babies can’t plop onto the mesh with their weight-Safety; Peace of mind to leave them alone for a few minutes without having them fallCons:-You need two hands to push the buttons on each side to lower down the rail which isn’t a big deal but noting it-the 32inch is on the smaller side so I needed to purchase a 2nd one to fit one side of my queen bed side by sideOther than that, I would highly purchase again (as I did for my second one). It is light enough and flat enough to store away underneath the bed. I could even carry the whole thing with one hand once assembled. 💪🏻 but safe enough to the trust that my babies are kept safe in mommy’s bed.

Great Product!
Perfect solution for my 18 month old toddler. I bought 2 to throw in our luggage for holiday traveling. Price is great, does exactly what we needed it to do, lightweight and easy to set up (toddler helped me ha). The ONLY bad thing I can say about it is, he can put his legs through the middle and tries to get down between where the middle part meets the bed (the anchors on either side can be pushed out easily and create a space). Then he’s stuck and cries for me to get him out. For a lot of people this might be a deal breaker but for me, this is the absolute LEAST terrifying thing my wild toddler does- I really just have to watch him carefully. And even though he’s done this twice, it hasn’t hurt him and it can’t kill him. The product still does exactly what it says it does- it stops him from falling off the bed. There’s no way he could fall in-between while sleeping- he literally has to push his legs in-between it and the bed really hard and then keeps pushing out hard until his legs meet the floor while he’s awake. I think there’s actually a strap that comes with this that might help idk I think I accidentally threw it away. Sorry if I missed that! Still a great product for the $$$

Great for Price - Assembly Tip
This bed rail does it's job, which is all I can ask for. Purchased for my 2 1/2 year old nephew when he sleeps over. It doesn't move and holds him in the bed, even without the strap under the mattress. Assembly was a little rough. I finally figured out if you push the buttons on the sides to make the rail drop it is easier to assemble B1 & B3 into the sides. I also didn't think C1,2, & 3 were going to fit into D1&2 either but I got them in. Other than that, it works as it should and the price was great!

Do not buy.
Dangerous not strong enough. To stretchy. At 2:20 a.m my baby was crying. She was falling in between the rail and the bed. Thanks god we caught her before she fell to the ground. We do not recommend this product.

Safety issues
The big concern here is that the rail comes away from the mattress whatever it is, you were protecting from rolling off the bed is now stuck between the mattress and this rail. If that’s something breathes and has a spinal column like a child or a dog, they can become in trapped and suffocate or have their neck snapped when only their head gets stuck in the rail and their body falls off the side of the bed. We had our dog get stuck between the bed rail and the mattress. Fortunately, she is OK, but she couldn’t even make a sound to alert us. It can restrict breathing, etc.. We follow the instructions about installing the product, tried putting towels or padding to prevent a gap she could get into. But the nature of the product is that when someone rolls against the rail, it deforms to catch the person rolling against the rail and traps them there. This isn’t terrible if you have a jar of peanut butter in your bed or your phone, but it’s a problem if it’s your child or your labrador retriever. Overall, this is why they quit using bed rails and nursing facilities. People died. I would highly recommend not purchasing this product or any similar ones for the safety reason. Put the mattress on the floor. It’s easy to install. It’s easy to fit to your bedframe. It’s easy to actually actually the buttons to put the top of the rail up and down. But it’s not safe. The metal also bends so if you become trapped once you will become trapped again. The seller offered me a refund after the returned date closed. I’m very happy with the seller, but I’m still concerned about issues with safety.
