My nephew loves to sort and stack and he plays with this daily!

Bought a few toys for my nephews 1 year and this was really good. He loves it and this was one of his favorite. There is too many pieces to sort and it keeps him busy. I like toys that kids can use while they are growing and i can see this being used for long. Note: Please make sure you are watching your kid while theya re playing with the toy as some of the pieces are small enough to choke the baby.

This is a sturdy toy for kids. Colors are bright and kids can learn about different shapes. The build of the toy is good. Ample of toys to play. Keeps the toddlers busy. A great gift for kids.

My twin toddler grandsons literally have been fighting over this since getting it for Easter. They LOVE putting shapes in shape sorters, so that was why I purchased. This adorable set has magnetic "fish" and carrots (?) that have a "fishing pole" for hand/eye coordination development for them to "fish" and veggies held together by velcro for littles to "cut" like mommy n daddy do, but with a wooden knife lol. I caught this on a sale, and it was worth every penny sold. My only regret was not ordering 2!

I always order 1 thing im interested in for my home daycare and let my son test it out before buying more. This product was fast delivery and also so fun! Definitely gonna get more. It keeps his interest and well built.

While this works well enough that most toddlers would like it, parents will easily notice it's cheap Chinese made...stuff. Right away you can notice typos on the box and poorly translated English. All pieces were there, but there are places where there are chips in the paint that are clearly from the manufacturing. The design of some of the cut fruits is...questionable (and also a few of them are painted to look whole, not sure why). The idea of pulling carrots and cutting them is cute, though I'm not sure why instead of all carrots there's an ear of corn and a tomato, but whatever, kids don't know where plants all grow. However, the velcro doesn't hold really well (if you've ever played with a Melissa and Doug set with velcro, you know what the good stuff looks like) and the holes are not uniform (nor are the pieces) meaning a toddler will have to figure out which pieces work in which with no visual indication. The fish and worms are the best part, but there are other games for that. It's good enough if you're just looking for something to keep your kid busy for a bit, but not for gift giving. If it were cheaper (like $15) I'd say oh well, you get what you paid for but this isn't that far off M&D pricing, so get a good one of those instead.

I was very excited to find something like this for my 16 month old granddaughter, but that was short lived. The box says 36+ months! Some of the pieces are way too small for a child under 3, but that isn’t anywhere in the description.Also, upon inspection the mushroom cap is missing it’s velcro & the entire top piece is cracked. So disappointed!

The headline says it all, but if you're down here reading 'but why' well, this is a very nicely and well made solid wood set. It provides learning, growth, development, tactile function, lots of fun and creativity, colors, exposure to all kinds of new shapes.. So much fun. So much fun!
