Amazing Hip Post-Op product!!! Life saver!!!
This is great for my anxious 93 year old granny who broke her hip and had surgery. This keeps her legs in the exact position doctor recommened to accelerate healing. Great quality, soft and gentle material for the skin. My grandma is way more comfortable now and this helped greatly to reduce her pain.

Works for hip replacement
This pillow is awesome. When I got it, I thought it was going to be flat. It was all compressed when it gained its shape, it was perfect. It’s firm and the exact size it should be.

hard to keep clean but works great
This helped my mom's displacement a lot, but it was hard to keep clean with her incontinence. She also didn't find it to be very comfortable, but it did improve her day time comfort when we used it at night.

Not useful nor practical for hip surgery - very bulky
Not useful at all and way too wide for side sleeper. Not easy to set up on your own. Feels like you are sporting a wing suit prior to jump off the cliff.Food a simple knee pillow with strap much more practical

Poorly designed torture device
Purchased for my mother after her hip dislocated. She asked for the large. She is 5’4, 200lbs and the large is way too big for her. The size of this cushion would be for 6’5” 400lb person with leg lymphedema or extreme swelling. Think telephone pole sized half-round I-beam.Velcro on the cushion keeps straps from moving but also make it almost impossible for a patient to escape or remove once in place. A patient with reduced mobility would have to lift and rotate a leg overtop of the cushion to escape from it. This clearly seems to be designed for use ON people rather than BY people. The removable cover and wide foam straps are the only nice feature.

Good product
I recently had an excision & reposition surgery of my femur/ acetabulum. I purchased this as a preventative post surgery so I wouldn’t move in bed & mess my surgery healing up. While I hate laying on my back , it definitely did a good performance. It is comfortable, not scratchy, good durability, it’s light weight. I highly recommend.

Size matters
I ordered this product hoping it would aid me to sleep on my side safely after hip-replacement surgery. Unfortunately, after testing it pre-surgery, I'll be returning it and relying instead on a pillow between my legs. I have much shorter legs and a narrower pelvis than most people, so the spacing effect was uncomfortable for me.I gave the product three stars because it arrived on time and in good condition and the idea is an excellent one. The size may work for many people, just not for me.
